The apartments are very good, extremely spacious and nice change from staying in a hotel. The views from the balcony were stunning and the pools great. The location is perfect with the beach only a 5 (if that) minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Where the hotel let itself down for us were two incidents. 1. We came back to the apartment at 8:30 on our last evening to find the front door wide open. No member staff was inside, so basically anyone could have walked in and helped themselves to our stuff. So security is non existent and I would ensure you lock anything of value away before leaving the apartment. Having had the incident investigated, our apartment door was left wide open from 7:15pm in the evening until we closed it on our return at 8:30pm. Our belongings were exposed to potential theft by Blue Beach staff for over 75 minutes. 2. When we were checking in, we had to wait 80 minutes passed the official check in time as the apartment was not ready. What was infuriating was we kept being told 10 minutes it will be ready. To add salt to the wound, we were then asked to confirm we would be checking out by a certain date as they were busy. So we had not even checked in, did not have a room and the hotel was more interested in ensuring we were not staying past the booked dates. It would have been great stay had it not been rather poor checkin experience and potential of all our stuff being nicked.

Room was enormous. Great position to walk within all of JBR and the marina as well as the monorail / tram further afield. Staff were great and views from all higher levels awesome of beach and marina.

The hotel was nice the breakdast was really good one of the swimming pools was closed which we werent aware of until arrival the room was huge but could do with a bit of updating / maintenance it was very clean bit some things were worn and just looked a bit old

The apartment we stayed in whilst being a bit dated with the furniture was clean and comfy with views of the sea and marina. The pool, gym and sauna were good and the staff excellent. The main plus point for me was the excellent location with the beach and marina really close by.

Disappointed, when we got our room there were no towels or hairdryer. The safe didn’t work and the TV’s had no signal. There was only hot water on day one, every other day was a cold shower. The room got serviced but was always on an evening which was inconvenient when you wanted to shower before going out for the evening, even though we left the ‘Service our room’ sign on from 9am. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again!

All you need for your family Holidays!

You can’t fault this managed apartments complex, all the amenities provided and you are within walking distance from the beach and all the entertainment you need. The check in was smooth, with the lady at the desk providing clean and useful instructions. Definitely will be staying there again.
