Great stay, quiet location, the pool was the perfect size to make the kids happy, can't wait to come back and stay again in the summer. Close to Colmar, easy in easy out of the city.

Pleasant stay

A very clean, well equipped apartment. Secure parking. No aircon or fans. A small welcome pack of washing up liquid, sponge etc would be helpful. Good restaurant on site.

It's always a pleasure to stay here. Lovely big apartments, a heated pool, spa, massage, buffet breakfast (at a charge), and close to the main rd so easy to get travelling again.

Will not stay again! Best for short stays.

Pros: modern apartment, nice bathroom, enough space for 2 with a baby. Cons: terrible location. We arrived on Sunday evening nowhere to have a meal as everything closed. Asked staff for help. They pointed us to go the town centre as there are 'plenty' of restaurants. After 45min walking around and speaking to locals there are only 2 places to eat and both of them were closed. Staff could be more informative. Apartment was on the second floor with no lift. Normally not a problem but very difficult with lots of baby stuff to carry. The slowest wi-fi connection we have experienced in any hotel. Internet was really slow making it difficult to work. Cleanliness in general was not very good - water marks on cutlery, dirty cupboards. We would not stay again.

Overnight hotel on way to elsewhere

Hotel was great , shame room wasn't ready until 16.35 when should have been ready for 16.00. After long day travelling hoped to get in room on time. Once we were in the room was ideal. Swimming pool refreshing. 5 of us fitted in OK for the overnight stay. It had everything we needed. Recommneded.

Great place for big family on the way to Italy.

Well equipped, nice pool, easy to find and park securely. This was a really nice way point on the trip to lake Garda.

It's a nice enough place about 10 minutes drive outside Colmar with easy access to the wine route and mountains close by. Seemed clean but we have a crawling baby so it was pretty obvious the floor hadn't been washed in a while. Considering it's not that cheap we would have expected that the floors would have been swept during our stay and towels changed but the only thing they did was empty the bin, we were given one dishwasher tablet for 5 days. Small things but could have been a bit better. Probably would opt to stay in Colmar or in one of the pretty villages close by such as Riquewihr next time. It was extremely hot whilst we were there and something to note there's no aircon or fans in the property.

Great for families.

We had a great Easter here and would stay again. We ate out at lunchtime but prepared meals in the evening which was possible in the apartment kitchens which were really well equipped and included a dishwasher and, probably a first for this kind of place, saucepans and frying pans big enough for the six people our apartment was able to sleep. The bathroom was warm with a good shower. The apartment had a massive amount of storage space too. The apartment complex swimming pool was on the small side but great for our kids and the sauna was most welcome after really cold and wet days out. The hotel is on the right side of Colmar to allow easy access to the attractions of the area.

Very Nice Stay

Hotel and staff were excellent. The price stated by Hotel.com and and the price we paid at the Hotel was about €15 a night different though, so we ended up paying slightly more. However, it wasn't too much of an issue as we had an enjoyable stay.

Excellent facilities and good location

Our stay here did not start too well as the hotel was having problems with its internet connection and had not received our booking. This meant our room was not ready when we arrived. However, these things happen and the staff were very apologetic and reduced our room rate as a gesture. Overall. this is an excellent place to stay. The facilities seem to be very new and are in tip-top condition. There is actually a pool on site, which we didn't realise when booking. The accommodation is in individual flats in different blocks. The flats are a good size with comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities. The site is well laid out with walkways between the reception building and leisure facilities. This is a really good place to stay with kids as the site is basically traffic-free except for the carparks at it edges. There is a small play area too. Locationwise, this is probably a site best visited if one has a car. It is really close to key attractions around Colmar and the eastern Alsace. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the region in future.

Quiet location but great apartment

First of all, stating the obvious : you need a car for this apartment. It is situated at an outskirt / suburb of Colmar, where you will be the only person on the streets if you wonder out after 8pm. But in the same token, you can get into Colmar or any of the wine route villages in 10 min by car. The apartments are new, clean, well equipped, you cannot ask more. The desk - which is not 24 hours -is manned by helpful young persons. You can really have a relaxing, friendly stay in this place.

Very relaxing

We where a bit dubious at first when we drove up to it,but once we had spoken to the very helpful man on reception and got into the room all was great,very clean and tidy and everything you could want.will definatley be back
