Bathroom was very poor - mould in bath, very thin, dirty shower curtain. Cleaning products in corner of bathroom. Hole in wall by window in bedroom, thin walls. Dirty curtains in rooms Space in room was good, pool also.looked good. Disappointing for the price, fortunately just one just booking for us. If had been staying longer, would have moved.

In the rooms you can hear loud noise from the adjacent pizza restaurant, which keeps the music on till night 2 am and it gets tough to sleep. It was told the towels will be changed every 3 days but it never happened, The rooms are old and seems not renovated for long time.

Location is somewhat far from centre. I made a choice to stay there on the basis that there was a spa. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

Self check in using a machine . The doors are locked and had to wait for someone to Open them . Then i got charged €5 to use the Check in Machine . Room cold at Night and the A/C did not blow warm air . Surrounding areas very clean and good . People nice too .

Standard - but ok for a single night

Overall there was nothing overly disappointing. The staff were great and room basic but pleasant. The only points that I would raise in order for my review to be higher would be: The walls are thin and I could hear every word of my neighbours which went on late into the night. The gym is in need of considerable upgrade. Some machines are almost unsafe (bike seat drops because it doesn’t tightened, cable machine is old and hard to adjust, stability ball flat) Breakfast was ok but a lack of warm options. Another helpful point is that there is a nearby hotel with a similar name. Just make sure your taxi driver takes you to the right one… mine did not

Room size: My apartment/suite was a good size with amenities for self catering if desired Cleanliness: Clean and well maintained Staff: The reception staff are always available and helpful. Also have English included in the communication options Quietness: Occasionally the sound carries when other residents slam doors or shut windows. Once I was woken by a knocking sound which I thought was at my door but realised it was next door. I managed to return to sleep regardless The location: Very good access to public transport. There are bus and tram stations very close to the hotel Restaurant: As stated on their website, the restaurant is not open Friday to Sunday. There are a few cafes and restaurants in the vicinity to make up for this
