The hotel was in a great location in DTLA. The room itself was clean and whilst some parts did need a clean (cutlery and where wiring was exposed) and ice, the reception staff did their best to accommodate as needed. Locationwise, it’s half an hour to an hour drive to Santa Monica, Disneyland and other attractions but local buses can take you there. Don’t be put off by what some say about the location as it was very safe, secure and friendly. Would stay again.

The property itself was very spacious and with all amenities as advertised. Staff was helpful and always happy to answer questions. Close to Metro station and quite few buses around. In central downtown LA. Lots of shops, bar, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. All that said, and unrelated to the property itself, the area has a lot of homeless people, and although we did not have any trouble, generally it made us feel unsafe, especially in the evenings. I definitely would not have walked alone in this area.

super helpful check - in guy on our arrival and rest of staff very helpful and friendly. Great suite - enormous bed and a walk in dressing room! View outside window not so great - and just need to exercise common sense when out and about. nice to have a kitchen but could do with a chopping board as well as bedside lamps

Very dirty and noisy, intimidating at times, neighborhood. Doesn't feel very safe with a lot of homeless people all around. But that's how most of downtown LA is after working hours. Extremely noisy all through the night with bikers, wild party animals, police patrols, etc. Something odd about the apartment itself. Spacious and comfortable with 2 dblls and a sofa bed, but a shabby looking lobby that leads to the room, unfinished walls here and there. Other walls painted in bright hues...the bedroom was fully RED !!! STRANGE !! Kitchen had all appliances but no drain mat for the dishes or even a scrub holder. Only a tiny mirror in the bathroom, no toilet roll holder. Feels like someone ran out of money to finish it well. But the pros - cheerful friendly host who checked us in and gave us some pro tips to go around, well connected with metro and buses a few minutes away. Lots of eateries nearby too. Just about ok for our 3 day stay. Would I come bacl ? Not sure.

The property itself is nice. I do wish we would've had 2 restrooms in our room that accomodated 6 people. Having the main entrance doors locked and having to scan our hotel card to be able to use the elevator made us feel safe. Wish they had they're own parking. I do recommend parking at St.Vincent's parking garage. Alot of homeless people and the streets are dirty but the city does go and try to clean around. I also recommend when stepping out of the hotel to go right. The left side seemed more dangerous and dirtier. Staff was helpful.

Hola en zona muy fea y cero recomendada para ir a Los Ángeles, la propiedad está en buen estado general pero sin limpieza diaria El parqueo a una cuadra es como pasar por una zona de guerra con los indigentes y drogadictos; no recomendado para ningún tipo de hospedaje. No hay cambio de toallas ni siquiera de papel higiénico. No es un lugar recomendado
