Mountain ski retreat with 2 outdoor pools and restaurant
Jump on the free ski shuttle for a day on the slopes before returning to The Gant for a meal at the restaurant, a drink at the bar/lounge or a dip in Access to hot tub. Each condo provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. Guests will appreciate conveniences, such as a dining area and a coffee/tea maker, while a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player provide a bit of entertainment. Housekeeping is available on request.
The Gant offers 140 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature DVD players and a safe. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature premium bedding. Flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels. We loved the apartment. It was spacious and cosy. It was a little bit dated but we still enjoyed it very much. The staff were extremely helpful and the Gant shuttle was a great addition.

Nice condo hotel

Nice condo hotel with walking distance to City market, shopping and aspen Mtn gondola. Stayed closing week and hotel was quiet but do understand other reviews regarding noise traveling between rooms. I got upgraded to a 2 bedroom condo on the 3rd level in the D house, sunny balcony overlooking aspen mtn and fully functional. (First I got shown a ground floor very dark unit that I declined) Carpets were a bit stained and upholstery need updating and why the use of synthetic bed throws when it sends sparkles across the room and gives you electrical shocks when you pull it off the bed as the air is super dry! Missing bathrobes in rooms to use on the walk to pool and hot tubs. I would consider the Gant again for vacationing in Aspen.

Fabulous Gant

Great staff, wonderful accommodation. Right at the base of Mount Aspen in view of the ski lifts. We had a 3 bed condo on the pool and it was excellent. Very nice high end furnishings through out even the soaps where well chosen. We had the log fire roaring away at nite with some wine and cheese, just lovey. The Gant has shuttles to town on demand which are prompt and free. Highly recommended and Aspen is a great town !!

The Gant, Aspen's great find

Great condo, near to Ajax mountain - shuttle service to any destination within Aspen provided by the staff, included in the package (excluding tips). Staff always helpful & willing to help. Mixed accommodation, as all units are privately owned but managed and run by The Gant's staff very well. On arrival we got up-graded to a 2 bed unit; although there was only 2 of us!!! Open fire within living area, available for use every other day (good environmental idea). Hot tubs had a tendency to get very busy about 4-5pm.

This is overall a nice property, in a quiet area but very close to everything. We booked premium apartment but I think the apartment was not as nice as the pictures. Also, the check out time is at 10 which is very inconvenient specially if you have kids. We did ask for late check out and even were willing to pay but they could not accommodate and that made everything very hard for us since our flight was later in the evening with two little kids. Most hotels and places around have later check out time at 11 or 12!
