Vesta Hospitality is one of the best that I dealt with they are very professional. Their properties are very clean, new and very highly maintained. Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment.

Appartement au milieu de nul part, le moindre déplacement doit se faire en taxi, service client zéro on a réserver pour 5 nuit on est resté finalement qu’une seule et ils ont refusé de rembourser quoi que ce soit. Je déconseille fortement si vous voulez passez de bonne vacances rapprochez vous de la marina à hurghada tout est proche.

Highly recommended

It was one of the most beautiful relaxing place in ElGouna, was perfect for our needs .the quality of the chalets, the view and atmosphere was amazing. Special thanks to Jouana for her help in organizing everything and her support during our stay, the general attitude of all the staff were incredible the only concern is that it’s a bit far from lively area (Marina and Downtown)
