Good things - location, swimming pool, staff Not so great - there is a lot of construction around which is a little unsightly, also the sofa in the living area is a sofa bed and not very comfortable as a sofa. Communication was great- they were receptive to emails sent beforehand regarding check in. Staff helpful Once we were there. Useful To have a washing machine. Swimming pool Has good views and wasn’t too busy.

Fabulous

We had a fabulous stay, the hotel was in a great location and the facilities were really good too. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and even gave me a little cake for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again myself.

Good overall, but a few issues.

Good stay at Pan Pacific Suites. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had a problem with a blocked sink which was fixed immediately. Was less impressed with the used dishwashing sponge and stained dishtowel that was left for us. The sponge was replaced immediately but the dish towel was not. The sofa in the room was very uncomfortable and not much room for opening your luggage. To be fair we had quite a lot of luggage having been away for a month. Overall though the property was good. Location reasonably close to Bugis station, but there a lotnof roadworks going on nearby which meant pavements closed, and the most convenient path to the station seemed to be round the back of hotel past the service access.

Overall pleasant stay!

Located near Suntec city and eateries, comes with fully equiped kitchette, oven and washer-dryer but don't suggest washing the clothes as it takes ages for the dryer to dry the clothes. View at the swimming pool is awesome but need to book a slot at the receptionist counter and you have to collect and return the access key. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable but there is a mouldy stench which was quite bad when we entered the room, requested for the room/air freshener but they never came. Good for couple or family stay, overall pleasant staycation.

Lots to improve.

Staff was very nice. Room was very cosy. However we would have to highlight this not so pleasant experience. Firstly room with a bad odor smell which the housekeeper admitted that it was very bad. after spraying fresher it came back after 6hours. Requested to change a room at night. The new room, the water heater was faulty. called and report the heater. It took us 1hr to get a still cold water. (a tiny bit less cold but still colder than room temperature) it was about 12am so we gave up and bear with it.

The pool was really nice.... it’s at the top on the 21st floor overlooking the city so a nice touch. Comfortable beds... all the mod cons so all in all, a nice place to stay. Highly recommended.
