Great apartment, great staff

The apartment was clean and all the amenities in good shape. The neighborhood is great, with a short walk to bus stops and a 15-minute walk to St Pancras station; the hotel itself is on a pedestrian street, and there are lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful—a real pleasure.

Strong and dark pee

I'm pretty happy with the apartment generally, but when I arrived in my apartment, bang on time. I was SHOCKED to see the toilet had been used as it was not flushed. Not sure if the cleaners didn't bother to clean it, which seems unlikely or the cleaners used it and didn't flush, which is grossly unprofessional. I wish I'd taken a picture but I was desperate and didn't have time.

Great location and lovely property

Overall we had a lovely stay and the apartments are in a superb location on Lambs Conduit Street. We were able to check in very early which was definitely a bonus, although I was surprised to have to pay £10 for this despite the room being ready anyway. Also, for the money you pay, I would expect things like Netflix and Prime to be available on the TV. And whilst the bathroom and shower were great, not being able to turn off the radiator in the bathroom was frustrating. It was incredibly hot and made the whole apartment very warm. Not too much of an issue in November, but it certainly would be in the summer.

Location is excellent especially for those who need to stay nearby to the hospital. Ten minute walk from Euston. We have stayed before and it was fine but this time the TV kept turning off and then when we went to bed there was a loud buzzing noise that carried on through the night. We used the number the supplier and no one answered. Not ideal if you have small children who need to sleep.

Perfect base for weekend stay. Great position in a slightly quieter part of London! Nice, clean apartment with good facilities. However communication could have been better. Message left via phone @ SACO main office - no reply. Husband sent 2 messages to property with no reply. However staff on desk very friendly & accommodating face-to-face.

Family weekend

We had a delay of an hour to check in. So they then let us use another apartment until ours was ready. As compensation they let us stay on our last day in the apartment until we needed to leave instead of the 11am departure.

Some TLC required for one-bed apartment

I was disappointed to find that the one-bedroom apartment that I had was a little shabby and in need of some TLC. Also had to change apartments after a leak from the floor above which went directly on to the bed - that was done with courtesy and promptness though. On moving to the other apartment 2 floors down I found it just the same - ie a little tired. However, all in all not bad but a bit expensive.

We had a nice stay here. Good location for exploring London. We had no towels when we arrived but after a quick call this was rectified. I would be wary of the “fresh milk” advertised as this was a few sachets of UHT milk. Overall nice experience.
