Excellent - highly recommend it

We had a great stay at the Eric Vokel Boutique Apartments. The check-in was very staightforward and the apartment was immaculately clean. Had we arrived before the check-in time there are lockers to store your belongings until the check-in time. There was everything we needed and more and the location was very close to the train station. Also very close to a metro station and nice cafes around to get breakfast if you didn't want to eat in. An excellent place to stay

Very good location, the size of the apartment was adequate for a family of 5. The condition and specification was great. Transport links were fantastic Metro and Train stations were very close.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean and it’s located near shops and tourist area. We walked around Madrid most of the time because it’s so convinient. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We will stay there again if we visit the city.

Lovely apartment

Clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Madrid but a 20 minute walk into the centre. There is also a taxi rank by Atocha station and it costs €9 into the centre. Supermarkets and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. The bed was extremely comfortable too!

Overall the apartment was in a good location walking distance to shops and places to eat. We only stayed 3 days and personally that was enough time to stay at this apartment. To be honest I felt like the pictures are a little misleading as the apartment itself appears much bigger but when got to our apartment unfortunately it was a lot smaller. The bedroom was so small can just barely walk around the bed to get into the bed, not spacious at all and can be quite claustrophobic. The living area was nice and open plan which was fine - but the fact we had an active holiday which meant not being in the apartment was a good thing as it was small and squashed and wouldn’t have been too pleasant if I spent more time there. Overall I am not sure I would stay here again due to the size and feel of the apartment

Near everything you would want to explore

Nice. Clean. Air conditioning works well. On the small side but since most of our time was spent exploring Madrid, it did a great job. Next to leading museums, and Withings 20 min walk from Plaza Mayor, all positives. Within a couple hundred meters from a C bus line, getting you around for less than €2. Great team at reception but bear in mind office hours only!!All positives here folks!
