Great size room, with a full kitchen and some nice little extras (like kitchen roll/dishwasher liquid etc.) but best to go to the hotel expecting 3 star accommodation, rather than 4 star and you won’t be disappointed. Staff were very friendly and nice to have a lounge/pool. Location isn’t far from downtown, walkable and the area felt safe. A little annoying that the TV was only streaming and no standard TV access, nice to look at the local news which isn’t possible.

The place is ok but is a bit drab and grey:corridors, the apartment etc. Apartment is quite dark not helped by dirty windows. Sofa uncomfortable and TV didn’t work unless you had apple account or Prime. We paid extra for a balcony but no balcony furniture so not worth it. Lots of construction work in the area and noise from south Broadway very noticeable especially at night. Quite a hike uphill from downtown but plenty of Ubers with price ranging $9 to $24 depending on time. Lots of hire Scooters and bicycles around too. Property staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved this property and would definitely stay again. It’s the perfect option in between a short term rental and a hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed to feel like we had a home from home. Staff were helpful and friendly and the location is great.

Part of road trip

Good location but a bit further out from Broadway. Bathroom, sheets, towels clean but carpet needed a hoover. As half way through a road trip the washer and dryer were a god send. Cold water and ice dispenser in fridge. We managed to park for free on street outside the property

Flying 2 night visit to Nashville. The property had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. Quite, clean,friendly, well looked after. Spent most of my time Downtown which is about 20 minute walk. I used uber. I would stay again.
