This hotel was disappointing considering the cost of the rooms. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and the picture of the room online look good. However when we arrived at 6pm the two pull out single beds had not been made up for us. I went down to reception to ask if someone could do this for us as they were not easy to pull out. The reception guy said he couldn’t help us! I have never paid over $500 dollars for a nights room and had to make up beds! The pull outs were very hard to assemble and when we eventually got them pulled out we realised that we had no sheets for the beds and they also do not fit in the room! In order to have the beds out you cannot then access the king bed and it also means you cannot get to the patio door. This room should not be sold as being suitable for a family as it is simply not big enough. I went down to ask if we could change rooms and he said we were in the second biggest room and there were no other rooms available. He also couldn’t give me any sheets to fit the bed so I had to make up the uncomfortable pull outs with the wrong sized sheets. If this was a cheap hotel I could understand but at over $500 dollars a night I was shocked at how bad the customer service was. I would not recommend

Beautiful location. Super comfy beds. We had an issue with our air con and was moved with no hassle. Could do with tea, milk or creamer for coffee. Expected in a hotel of this price range. But just my personal choice. Everything else was lovely.

Our suite was beautifully laid out with a double patio, full amenities, spacious and clean. The view was stunning and the beach on our doorstep. Perfect place to stay.

Amazing time at this resort. We paid £330 a night, next year that increases to circa £1700, beautiful place but nowhere near worth those prices so not returning sadly.

The property was fantastic large clean and in an amazingly position right on the beach. We were very pleasantly surprised. However the staff where very young and not particularly helpful. We wanted to stay an extra night and they made us move rooms even though our present room was not booked out the rate had trippled over night but would drop again the next morning. The staff still made us move to a smaller room even though they resort was half empty. Not good Managment. We didn’t know the area as it was our first visit and they couldn’t really help with restaurant recommendations etc. so although the facilities were great the staff were not professional.

Enjoyed most everything about this property. Amazing views from the room, clean property and free bikes. Unfortunately the heater in the pool and hot tub wasn't working properly, and the tv in the living area of my room wasn't functioning, and there was a lot of construction going on on the first floor of the building (from the hurricanes). But will most definitely be back in the future!

What a peaceful week at this resort. Still lots of rebuilding and construction on site from the storm but the room and views made up for it. We visited furing a cold week and didnt get much beach time but the time we did get was a quick walk from the room. Would def stay again!

We loved the proximity to the beach and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. The only thing we didn't like was having to carry a key. If the keypads worked on the doors it would be a lot easier. Besides that everything was perfect!!! We will definitely go back.
