This is a fantastic place to stay at if you are in BCN. I travelled with my family, and we loved it. It is clean, and up to date. Best of all is the location. You are walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Great neighborhood. I will absolutely stay here again if/ when I come back to BCN

Exactly as described and in a great part of Barcelona! Everything was smooth and communication with staff was quick and help was prompt when needed. You have easy access to the Metro and buses, and there are numerous supermarkets and pharmacies in the area. We would definitely stay again.

Great location. However, hard to find from the street, signage is very small and discrete. Elevator is tiny but works fine. Room was clean, large, but not as upgraded as picture. Staff was friendly.

Excelente opción para hospedarse

Departamento muy cómodo, amplio, limpio y super bien hubicado a una cuadra de Paseo de Gracia y cuadra y media del metro y Casa Batlló, te puedes ir caminando al Barrio Gotico y pasear por la Rambla, excelente Apartamento sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.....

El lugar está muy bien y amplio con todos los servicios que se requieren para tu estancia. Quizás complica un poco el horario de la recepción ya que no es 24 horas, pudimos hacer el Check in sin problemas, pero el check out no pudimos ver a nadie ya que fue antes de su horario de ingreso. La comunicación fue buena desde el inicio y me contactaron previo a mi llegada para saber horario e incluso adelantamos con el envío de documentos. Estuvimos 4 personas, mi esposa y dos hijas y todo muy cómodo. En esta época de verano hubiera sido útil que el lugar contara con alberca pero al final es algo que ya sabe uno al contratarlo.

Great location. Clean apartment. Good internet connection. But unfortunately sound isolation was not good. We could hear our neighbors walking, talking, in our last night there was a party tell 3:30 AM. We couldn’t sleep. Also the hot water in the shower well take long time to heat up. And while you shower it could cut off and the water will be cold.
