Check in process is a bit difficult for travelers with no US number Also, you must arrive before 9pm which can be stressful if you’re travelling from abroad The place was very nice, we enjoyed it It gets a bit noisy as we faced the high way and even with all windows closed you can hear the traffic all night

The location and condo set up is great and communication was great right up until I arrived and had issues with the booking. Great location to walk to lots of places and along the river and building rooftop is gorgeous. However I made a booking for a river view purposely because this was an emotional trip for me visiting the State Cemetery and I know I needed a relaxing space. I arrived and it was late and all I could see was parking lots and a very noisy freeway and no one responded to my issue with this. I called and left voicemail and sent message but no response. This was very disappointing and not the relaxing space I thought I had paid for. If I peeked around the neighboring balcony I could catch a glimpse of river but it is shameful if this is how they mislead people. You never know what someone is making the trip for. Also no remotes in condo and living room tv not plugged in, no cable to be found. A remote was randomly left on kitchen table while I was out, no heads up or apology. Very disappointed and would not book through these people/agency again.

Spent New Year’s Eve in the Austin condo Hotel and the views were amazing especially with all the fireworks you could see from the living room! Would definitely stay here again, full kitchen and bathroom was amazing. Not the best lighting at night, since there’s no over head lights.
