Lovely hotel with great service. Our room was huge and gorgeous with fully stocked kitchenette. The hotel is very quiet which is what we were looking for. Walkable to Baha Mar during the day, but need a $40 return taxi at night there for other dining options. The hotel dining is very limited and very expensive. The beach and sea are nice at the hotel. Limited sun until on the pool until mid afternoon.

The property is beautiful and clean. The staff are helpful Theirs only one restaurant and the food is good but not amazing. Presentation is just ok and the price is absurd. Crazy expensive The terrible side is the beach. Because of the location of the building, their is no sun in the beach before 11:00 am and no sun in the pool before 12:30.

Just a beautiful place that highlights the scenery and the only pool that we saw that is right on the beach overlooking the turquoise sea. Just like you are swimming in the ocean only heated to 88 degree. Heaven on earth. Staff warm and welcoming. This place is elegant and relaxed and comfortable but not pretentious. Rooms designed for beauty and total comfort. The pillows and bedding perfect and wonderful homey touches throughout. Great space with lots of drawers and cabinets for storage so not necessary to live out of a suitcase. Robes softest ever!! We just adored this resort and hope to return !! Highly recommend!!!!

Das Hotel ist neu und in einem guten Zustand. Dies war es aber auch dann schon mit den guten Nachrichten. Angefangen mit der Kommunikation, die vorab Standgefunden hat, keine Antwort auf die Fragen das man einen Meerblich haben wollte. Bei der Ankunft wurde nicht gesagt das man zum Essen Reservieren muss, und man pro Tag 200 Dollar an Kaution vorab noch zahlen muss. Das es einen SPA gibt und Fitnesscenter erfuhren wir durch Zufall, denn gezeigt oder gesagt hat das niemand. Mit einen Schnelldurchlauf (der Kofferträger) wurde uns das Zimmer gezeigt, alles andere nicht. Weiter ging es mit den Preisen für Essen und Getränke die Jenseits von Gut und böse sind, da ist man gerne mal für ein normales Abendessen 3-400 Dollar los. Aktivitäten zb. ein privates Boot für 5 Stunden kostet 2600.- im Hotel, bucht man das ganze über eine normale APP kostet das gleiche 800 Dollar. Die Angestellten sind nicht nur unfreundlich, sondern haben einfach kein Book zu arbeiten, ich weiss auch nicht wie manche Bewerten das die freundlich sind etc. Ein Beispiel: wir geben immer am Anfang der Putzfrau ein Trinkgeld, auch hier haben wir 20.- Dollar gegeben, die Putz Dame warf das Geld auf Ihren Putzwagen, ohne auch nur die Mine zu verziehen oder sich zu bedanken, unglaublich aber war. Der Rest der Angestellten (vor allem die Frauen) ziehen so eine schlechte Mine das es einem Vergeht dort Urlaub zu machen, ein freundliches Lächeln wäre das mindeste was man sich erwarten könnte. Best vacation ever! Away from the craziness of Baha Mar but still walking distance to it for easy access to restaurants and casino. Rooms are perfect and we love the pool that’s right on the beach! Great guests and our kids made friends. Perfect spot for family vacation!
