Fabulous

Lovely historical building, friendly helpful staff and so peaceful. Rooftop terrace was fabulous too. Would totally come back.

Suite was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Downside was despite advertising as disabled friendly there is no entrance/ exit without stairs and no external elevator. Location- fab, right on the beach. Go right to head to santa monica and left to further explore venice beach and marina del ray. Facilities- bed was comfortable, kitchen had everythinv you need and living area was also fine. Building- paint work ongoing when we stayed to freshen it up. Overall - great pkace to stay

Great location on the Venice Beach Boardwalk. Nothing but a path to cross before the beach and the ocean. The views from the top floor ocean front suite and the rooftop terrace are amazing. Made to feel very welcome at check-in by a lady ( I think it was Abbi ) who enthused about Venice Beach. Everything was clean. The only thing is that soft furnishings etc were a little worn. This does not include the bed or bedding which was very comfy. A small price to pay for its price/location. Don't be put off by the homeless - they are not just outside this hotel - they are everywhere in Venice Beach. They do not bother you and felt safe even late at night. The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours. Venice Beach is a great place to stay. It has loads more character than the now too up-market - but previously liked Santa Monica.

Perfect location

Had a great stay. Location is perfect right next to the beach and close to the local features I wanted - a short walk to Golds gym, Firehouse eatery, Venice skatepark etc. I’m very fond of Venice in general and will use Venice Suites for my next stay

Great apartments and location

Felt so at home here. Room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I was in room 46 and had a partial ocean view which was amazing. The rooftop garden was fantastic also. Right on the beach, great location. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location for Venice Beach

Nice self catering apartment for a short break. Located in the middle of Venice Beach this apartment block provides a good location to experience the eclectic vibe and Beach life of Venice. Some points to be aware of: it's worth visiting a food store prior to you checking in due to the lack of local food stores and no bar or food availability at the apartment, the area is quite noisy at night so not a good location for a quite and relaxating vacation,there are a lot of homeless people sleeping rough in the area so may not feel safe and suitable for most people.

Nice hotel right on Venice Beach

Hotel was great. Right on the beach and well-priced. Only issue was noise, mostly from within the hotel during the night and a bit from outside. Wasn't too bad though.

Best views in Santa Monica

We stayed in the larger sea view apartment and it was amazing. It had beautiful views of the beach. The apartment was very big with great kitchen and bathroom & bedroom.
