Complete package

We couldn’t fault any aspect of our stay, reception staff were first class, helpful, polite in all ways. Communication prior to stay was exemplary, our room was so comfortable and had all appliances and more you would want. Perfect location for accessing train for the airport, two minute walk. Also, same applies to access main city sights

We only stayed here for one night but it was so convenient. We parked up out the front and paid $2 on an app so that we could drop our bags off. The gentleman at reception was super helpful when giving us instructions for the parking and we reserved a space online straight away. The lift took us directly from the car park to our floor which was extra convenient. The apartment block itself is fantastic! Great amenities indoors and out, I wish we had long enough to spend time relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Our room was huge and would be great if you are staying a little longer. It was clean but it was probably the least clean room we’ve stayed in during our three week trip so there’s definitely room for improvement. The bathroom sink was blocked and I found a random dirty knife on top of one of the mirrors that a previous guest had obviously put there lol. Will definitely be back in Denver one day to properly explore, and this will be where we stay for sure.

First time staying at a residence hotel.

There was a little difficulty getting registered that had not so much to do with Sentral as with Amtrak which cancelled our Tuesday train and required us to spend a third night. We did not realize when we were booking that Sentral was a residence hotel. The desk attendant could not extend our stay, we were told "call Expedia - as that is who you booked through." Except we booked through Hotel.com so I was confused at first. Once I spent enough time on the phone, I got that figured out, but we had to upgrade to get three nights in the same room. Moving midway would not have been restful. The room was great. We appreciated the washer/dryer but had to go buy laundry soap. Seems it could have been provided. There was a weird, loud, rushing noise of air the first night that turned out to be some kind of problem with the door itself according to the desk. We were told to put a towel in front of the gap at the bottom - it did help but a little weird. I had to go downstairs to get instructions for closing the curtains. As a resident those details would have been learned over time - but as a temporary guest it would have been nice to have a set of instructions. Also, a phone that connected to the desk would have been convenient. Up and down from 7th to first was a trek when I needed to know something. Otherwise, the place was restful and lovely.

Our stay got off to a great start thanks to the massively helpful girl on reception. We were then delighted with our two bedroom apartment, really spacious, well thought through, and everything we needed. A huge Whole Foods downstairs meant we could provision easily. The unexpected stunning views of Denver from the corner windows were the cherry on the cake of our great value stay.

Very impressed with apartment, no trouble finding the entrance, few minutes walk from union station for our arrival and departure by train. Wish we could have stayed longer though might have then looked for a kettle to make tea! Excellent grocery store on corner for basics and picnic. Helpful reception staff

Way different hotel experience! Basically you are staying in an apartment complex. The area is very clean and quiet. There are people at the front desk 24-7. Cole and Joseph were very nice and welcoming. You get a 6 digit code to access the building and another one to use the elevator and get into your room. If you plan on parking on the property, download the Parkade app and put your information in, you have to wait a little for approval. We accidentally got into the garage by someone behind us opening it, we were able to pick our spot right next to the elevator, it worked out well!

We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay here again. The location is perfect. Easy walk from Union Station. Great having a Whole Foods next-door. Lots of restaurants and very walkable area. A lot of reviews are negative and I'm not sure why… They mention issues with technology and honestly, everything was great for us. They gave us a 6 digit code at check in. The code works in the elevator, all exterior door doors and the door into the room. It was easy. We used the Jacuzzi every night, and aside from the jets not working, it was really nice. We had a one bedroom unit and it is on the smaller side. It also didn't look anything like the pictures, but it was still nice. I would definitely not recommend going for a studio… Get the one bedroom. Not many pots and pans/kitchen utensils, so I would not recommend cooking anything. But there are tons of restaurants close by to choose from. Great having a washer and dryer. You need to bring your own detergent. We were not very fond of the in room coffee pot. I think it was called a mocha master and we had a lot of issues with it. The little coffee pods that they give you (2) don't work well and it was the weakest, worst coffee we've ever had. We suggest walking a block to Starbucks. We did ask for a couple extra coffee pods to try it again and they never brought them. We didn't make a big deal of it though. Did not use parking-we didn't have a car there, so we can't comment on that. Overall, our stay was great!

Great apartments

We've stayed here numerous times. The units are nice, clean, and comfortable. It's nice to have a whole apartment with a living area when we're in Denver for a couple nights. The price is great and the staff is super helpful. Great location for walking to dinner or a ballgame. Highly recommended!
