Exceeded expectations

We loved our stay - apartment was bigger and better then the photos and spotlessly clean. Easy parking, good WiFi, and great facilities on-site (even if the indoor pool could have done with being a couple of degrees warmer!). Staff friendly. Only annoyance was some noise from AC of apartment next door which bothered us at night. But great value for the price we paid in off-season.

Pleasant place to stay in Sedona. No breakfast provided. Few staff around. Room rather dark.pool facilities consisted of a small hot tub

Good apartment stay

We were a bit overwhelmed by the pre arrival paperwork which was too much for a four day stay. And once in the apartment, it would have helped if there had been instructions for use of the onsite equipment and questions relating to key codes, trash disposal & aircon. That said it was a wonderful stay. Excellent location for all things Scottsdale. Comfy bed. Loverly large shower. Full range of kitchen necessities. Perfect wi-fi. Full range of TV channels. We were there over a weekend and did find that the nearby W-hotel had party music pumping out until 2am in the morning - maybe a bit disturbing if you are a light sleeper. Check out the canal walks - we really enjoyed exploring the area via this route

Hotel is nice has everything you need cups silverware baking stuff etc. beds comfy plenty of space. Took a bath on second floor an it leaked into the first floor. My two year old son was playing on the first floor slipped and hurt his leg and elbow falling. Maintenance came and said it was leaking through vent. Besides that it was nice

This is a charming resort located in the heart of Sedona, within easy walking distance of shops, dining, and groceries. The property is meticulously maintained and they have free activities every day. Rooms are spacious with soaring ceiling and fireplaces. The only possible downside is that they do try to make you sit for a time-share presentation in order to receive your "parking pass" for the property (you can request to skip the presentation).

Fantastic for families staying for a few days. The stocked kitchenette, microwave and full size refrigerator are very handy for storing/reheating pre made meals from home or whole foods if you are bored of eating restaurant food for all 3 meals. The indoor heated pool was warm and the jacuzzis were amazing. If weather sucks to go outside, you can kill a couple hours in the game room playing pool, ping pong etc

The staff at Sedona Springs Resort were all so helpful! Leanne Vincent very efficiently and pleasantly helped us deal with some confusion with our reservation. This was appreciated! DeLoraine recommended good restaurant choices and gave us a good overview of the property. Ken gave us good recommendations for sightseeing. And today I met Martin who was very nice to talk with.
