Only real drawback is it's very noisy on intersection of Seymour and nelson Also very noisy nightclub opposite especially at weekends but apart from that very spacious and clean and good amenities comfortable beds and great pillows everything you would expect at the price Staff were very courteous and helpful

Nice, with a couple caveats

The hotel is very nice, with an excellent gym. There are, however, a couple of things we found disappointing: first, the bed was really uncomfortable—the worst we’ve encountered in years. Second, there wasn’t very good communication about items such as what was expected of us in terms cleaning (eg taking out recycling), or how things worked in the hotel (eg are towels provided at the pool-yes). On the plus side: it was really clean, has a great location, and was well appointed.

Nice apartment hotel with a generous kitchen and well appointed gym. Staff was excellent. What wasn’t great was the bed and the pillows, and the cost of parking was pretty outrageous.

I really enjoyed my stay at Level. The room was quite spacious and felt more like a small apartment. There was insuite laundry facilities and dishes, glasses, bowls and many other housewares in the kitchen It was also nice to use the hot tub which was nice and available until 10 pm. Overall I would highly recommend Level.

The property was very clean and perfect for family! Th e only thing I would complain was that it was hard to get ahold of someone for the noise of some partying people around my room. I could not point which room was causing the noise but it lasted throughout the night and I was not able to sleep at all. Per their policy, the residents should not make noice beyond 10 pm but no one was watching for that. They should hire a security and inspect every single floor each night if they want to keep this place pleasant.

We were a group of 4 young professional women staying for the Taylor Swift concert. Perfect place to stay for a quick couple of nights. Our room had one king and one sofa/pullout. It wasn't the most comfortable pull out but we didn't expect it to be, they never are! Great little kitchenette (microwave was handy), big bathroom, big closet which was helpful for all of our clothes. The hotel is in a great location - downtown Yaletown - so we felt safe and everything was in walking distance. We needed more towels and they were promptly provided. Wish there were extra pillows and a heavier blanket for the sofabed but we never asked - I'm sure those could have been sent up. Great location for amenities. We walked for shopping, dining, and concert. One of us had a car and parking was fine (typical tight underground spaces). Nice little balcony. Check out / in was a breeze. No complaints! Would stay again.
