The WiFi In Southern Quarter was particularly poor - we specifically needed WiFi to keep in touch with work. Other than that fantastic room, fabulous location and loved Noosa- would happily stay here again.

Great location right on Hastings Street. Large apartment with washer and dryer. Heated swimming pool. No breakfast facilities but guests can use Peppers (sister property) about 10 mins away and take advantage of a 2-4-1 offer. No bar at French Quarter but again can use Peppers which offers great views of the resort

Great location

Good complex ideal location for Hastings Street. Staff very approachable and helpful. Upgrading of apartments in progress but unfortunately ours still to be done. So was very tired blinds broken,mismatched tableware etc We still had an enjoyable stay for a few days.

Close to Town

Excellent location just a few steps from the town and wonderful beach. Room was good, shame about noisy air con when sitting on balcony. If you are wishing to stay in Noosa Heads you cannot go wrong staying here.

Great location with some minor downsides

Overall good but the spa bath had not been cleaned properly which is not acceptable. Also I needed to contact reception during the early evening but the internal phone wasn't working so I went down to reception to find the door locked and a notice saying reception (supposedly 24hr) was closed. Good job it wasn't a medical emergency. Otherwise the staff were all great and very helpful, so I think we were just unlucky.

Disappointed that our room and bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom had not been restocked with ammenities and the sofa bed had not been made up and had dirty sheets on it. I expect a much better standard from the Mantra.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and the pool and facilities were great however there were a few hiccups. After booking well in advance we were told the day before our check in that we would have to move rooms halfway through our stay due to a room allocation error. We were told by the assistant manager who was lovely and very apologetic at the time that they would reimburse us for one nights stay for the inconvenience however this was never followed through. Not one person mentioned it during our stay and after trying to contact the hotel after our checkout we have since heard nothing. On the day of the room move we were made to feel as if we were the ones who had caused the issue and on top of that, were walked in on by three seperate housekeepers who had not been told of the situation. One of which woke up our sleeping baby. We were initially happy to move but after a few incidents of poor communication it ended up leaving us frustrated and unfortunately means we won’t be staying again.

Apparently the resort is being done up with the front entrance and front rooms being excellent...our room was one of the older ones - 80' style with old musty carpet Pool is nice and location excellent and if/when all the rooms are refurbished the price they charge might be appropriate value then No cafeteria /meals or dining might indicate an apartment designation rather than calling it a resort.

Room was very old, needs a renovation. Prices way too high for the type of room you get. Couldn’t get into the pool as to many children and parents taking up the sun lounges. Great for families but not for couples. I won’t be going again
