Villa Miramar is a modern beachfront property overlooking the Bay of Pollensa, private pool and a step away from the spectacular beaches of Alcudia. It is a villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity for 8 people. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with private pool, solarium and barbecue area, overlooking the sea.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On this floor you will also find a cleaning room, with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The upper floor is the other rooms, one with a queen size bed, television, bathroom with bath and shower and a terrace overlooking the bay. Another room has two single beds and the last, with a double bed and views without comparison.
