The accommodation
Holiday Apartment Kair Trilo is ideal to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It is a panoramic apartment, bright and with large perimeter balconies. It is very central in the context of the Residence and everything is easily accessible.
Entering the house we find a hallway that leads us into the living room of the house. We find on the left the kitchen corner, very functional and complete with everything you need: dishes, plates, glasses, fridge, comfortable table for lunch, dinner or breakfast. A pleasant window overlooking the perimeter balcony fills the entire environment with light. The living room has a sofa that offers two single beds when open, and a TV corner. There is also a play corner for children. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with window and balcony with sea view. The wardrobes and drawers are tasteful and very functional. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the bedroom can accommodate a cot if necessary. Adjacent is the bedroom with two single beds.
The house is cool and ventilated and does not need air conditioning.
They are not necessary but the house has fixed or mobile mosquito nets.

Interaction with guests
Upon arrival, for those arriving by car, the staff will welcome you at our offices located in Via Flacca km 13. 300 at the Sperlonga Nautical Charter. Here after the initial greetings and a quick registration of the documents, you will be given the instructions to reach the Residence where you will be given information on the behavior and the keys to the apartment. We will try to satisfy your every need from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.
SPECIAL WELCOME GIFT

We will also propose Minicruises on the Pontine Islands on exceptional conditions for you to enjoy our sea and its beauties. Ponza and Palmarola will leave you spellbound.
Other things to consider
The tennis courts, the five-a-side football field, a huge panoramic swimming pool for adults and children with bathers' assistance service, solarium and water aerobics, active from 30/05 to 25/09, the playground for the little ones, the mini club active from 01 / 08 to 28/08, the shuttle service to reach the bathing establishment and the town center active from 30/05 to 25/09, everything is available. The bathing establishments active from 01/05 to 30/09, chosen on the Levante beach a few steps from the Grotta di Tiberio, are also included in the price. The all inclusive is to leave guests the only commitment to have fun and relax by the pool or on the beach in the company of a good book or with friends.
At a fully stocked mini-market of the Residence (9-11: 30/15: 30-19: 30) it is also possible to buy basic necessities such as bread, fresh milk, raw materials and packaged foods without necessarily reaching the center of Sperlonga; a functional laundry is instead available to guests for every type of need. Each apartment has an assigned parking space near the accommodation.
Services and comfort also in safety: the price includes the cost of insurance valid for all guests of the residence for the entire duration of the stay.
Extra charges
Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price as well as linen for both bathroom and bedrooms. For periods longer than 7 days the weekly linen change is included in the price.
Beach service is included at the Lido Costa Kair and Din beach club which is the best Sperlonga offers for families. Here will be at your disposal for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds.
Sperlonga City Tax
I would like to remind guests that throughout the whole of Sperlonga the visitor's tax paid in full to the Municipality of Sperlonga has entered into force to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 2 per day for people over 18 and up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. It must be paid in cash upon check-in.

House Rules
The check-in time is fixed from 15:00 to 20:00 but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival, you can safely enter already from 12:00. After these times, a supplement for extra check-in of € 30.00 will be applied.
Check-out is scheduled for 10:00
Our house is well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of close people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be requested but the data of a credit card will be requested (no prepaid). Damages caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our furry 4-legged friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra contribution per animal of € 20 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 per animal depending on the relative extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets are allowed. Only small pets are accepted.
