This clean and pet-friendly apartment benefits from modern interiors and has been fitted with high-end furnishings and appliances throughout.
All three bedrooms offer suitable storage space, with the largest bedroom offering a sleek en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is also elegant and highly presentable.
Residents can enjoy the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, with far-reaching views across the London rooftops. The large sofa is perfect for relaxing and watching TV, whilst the modern four-seater dining table is ideal for sharing lovely meals with family and friends. The apartment furthermore benefits from Wi-Fi, and there are laptop friendly surfaces for home working.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
--Construction work is ongoing in the area around this home until approximately Middle of June 2025 – there will be scaffolding around the building, and not all the flats will be able to access the terraces or balcony. Flats located from the 15th to the 10th floor will be free from the scaffolding by the first week of March 2025. Please contact the property directly for more informations.
-Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. -Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival.
-For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.
