About this property
Delightful 1 bedroom Cottage Clungunford, Ludlow
This is a newly refurbished and quirky property!! We have swopped the upstairs to downstairs and visa versa, to give the property a more comfortable and cosy feeling, offering a very luxurious and comfortable place to rest and relax. We have tried to include everything that we think will make your stay peaceful and enjoyable (but always open to suggestions!!). The surrounding countryside never fails to please, being extremely beautiful and enjoyable, offering a real *Get Away* experience. Whatever your outdoor pursuits, there are all here!! Join us in our little paradise in the Shropshire Hills, where we hope you will be made to feel welcome and valued. On arrival we also offer a small basket of basic provisions, in case you just want to have a cup of tea and a snack, before venturing out to one of the local, highly regarded restaurants and Countryside Pubs, where you will always be made to feel welcome by the very friendly local community.
Everyone is welcome to our humble abode!! Even the family best friend, who will also be a valued guest. We too have pets, so understand the need to be flexible and accommodating to our little firry family members, taking away the worry of having to leave them behind when you go away. Don't worry about asking any questions, before you come and you can either phone or email to make any last minute queries. We are always happy to help.
Having moved here only 18 months ago, we have been astounded at how friendly and welcoming the local community are. They really make you feel at home. However, we have found that this seems to apply to everyone in the local area. We still have to pinch ourselves to have found such a Liittle Gem" in the Countryside. Please feel free to join in any local activities, where the attitude is "the more the merrier!" The local restaurants and pubs are sure to not disappoint, offering a good variety of foods for all tastes and budgets. Ludlow is famous for its black and white buildings and also offers a daily market and regular events. Several Michelin Star restaurants are available in the town, making it a wonderful place to wonder and enjoy, any time of the year. There is always something to do, such as live music events, arts and crafts, with the locality steeped in history and countryside traditions. and boy do the locals know how to party!!!
