Bright Modern Luxury Three bedroom House in the Heart of Chatham
This is a very chic and stylish house within a period Victorian building on the super trendy and fashionable right in the heart of Chatham, Kent.
The space
This is an house situated on the road of a period Victorian house building. It is in excess of approximately 70 square metres. The layout is distributed between two floors. You will find an open plan living room, well equipped kitchen a single bedroom downstairs. Two double bedrooms, with one full bathrooms both with a bath inc shower, toilet and a bidet. None of the rooms are ensuite, perfect arrangement for a family, friends or colleagues .
As it is paramount to have a good night sleep when travelling, we focused on good quality beds and mattresses.
BEDS
The beds of the two bigger bedrooms are UK double size.
The smaller bedroom is a standard UK single bed.
All beds are made in wood and are of an extremely solid construction. If shared by two people there will not be any shaking or wobbling when one turns around during the sleep.
UPON TIMELY REQUEST, a fourth UK double air bed can be supplied in the living room .
MATTRESSES
All mattresses are one foot high, 12 inches or 30cm with a topper supplied of memory foam that shapes around the contour of your body. They are extremely supportive and stable and in fact extremely heavy to move. Again, if shared by two people there will not be any shaking or wobbling when one turns around during the sleep.
WINDOWS
Besides the normal sash windows facing the street outside, the Master bedroom and the Living room have additional secondary windows with European profiles that become completely sealed when shut, also mustering a double glazing and laminated glass to provide a phenomenal protection against any noise and vibration coming from the street.
