➡ Mauldeth Road (then 18 minute walk or 4 mins taxi)
➡ Burton Road tram stop (then 17 minute taxi or 5 mins taxi)

Arrival by bus, nearest stops:
➡ Withington Library Stop E (3 minute walk)
➡ Withington St Paul's Stop C (5 minute walk)

Arrival by Flight, best directions:
➡ 15-20 minute by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £20.00)
➡ By train: From Manchester Airport to Mauldeth Road Station via Northern express, then 18 minute walk to the house. Approx. 30 minutes total.
➡ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take bus 43 to Withington Library (Stop B), then 3 minute walk to the house. Approx. 50 minutes total.

1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
