Charming Brant Point Rose Covered Cottage - with Free WIFI and AC and Smart TVs

This charming two story classic Nantucket rose covered cottage is located in Brant Point, just a 10 minute walk to the center of town, 3 beaches and ferries. There is no need for a car, though there is a private off-street driveway area in front of the house. This traditional Nantucket cottage has been completely refurbished with new furnishings and decorations, luxury European sheets, bedding, towels, dishes and glassware - and the new HVAC split system (thermostatic controls) replaces all window units and space heaters. The entire exterior was has been re-shingled with a new roof, new rear deck and flagstone patio, and new outdoor shower built, all while retaining the cottage's historic Nantucket charm. The flowers and hydrangeas are in full bloom from May to September, so enjoy a backyard barbecue with new gas grill, the new teak backyard table and chairs and new adirondack chairs This two-bedroom, one bath, two story home comfortably sleeps 4. The bathroom is with shower and new tile floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed - the second bedroom has two twin beds - all beds have new mattresses. The living room has a new 32' flat screen HDTV/DVD. The fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances adjoins the dining area . Both bedrooms have new 23' flat screen TV/DVDs. Laundry room contains a new washer/dryer. Secured Comcast wireless internet and digital cable TV.

Adorable little cottage

The cottage is very sweet and in a great location. Easy to walk to town but also nice and quiet. The house is small but big enough for our family of 4 for two nights. Any longer than 3 nights and it probably would have felt too small. Two kids slept upstairs which was great for the adults to get to stay up past kid bedtime.

Cute Cottage Close to Town!

Super cute cottage close to town! The backyard was fantastic to hang out in after a day at the beach. Easily walkable to downtown which made getting around very convenient. This is your classic summer cottage, no frills, but decorated so cute. Can’t wait to come back!

Ladies weekend away

The property is a gem in the crown of beach cottages. Its decor is elegant but also keeping with the traditional beach cottage theme. Exquisite bed linens and bath towels. Exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. The out door space as exceptional as the interior. There is nothing lacking in amenities, even the stroll from cottage to town center is a delight. Host left dining suggestions, another p!us to ensure a pleasurable getaway on this delightful island. Certainly will be booking again!

Incredible weekend!

Quaint Nantucket Cottage

Location was great and was easy to walk to town and other activities. Backyard was a plus and very relaxing! Cottage was quaint, but I would recommend a maximum of 4 people as space could be an issue. We had 3 older adults and the steps to the upstairs was tuff at times for us senior (over 60+) people. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property.

This is It! A cute little cottage in a great location. It has everything you need. It is a quick walk to town & Children’s Beach. It has a great backyard with a nice outdoor shower. The new mini splits keep the house nice & cool. It was a great oasis for my family during a few hot September days. I will certainly be booking again next year. I also can’t say enough about the owner. Easy to communicate with & very accommodating. Thank You Robert!

lovely cottage

This place was perfect for our group. Iw was tiny, but the owner really maximized the space. There were hooks everywhere and ample space for clothing. the decor was top notch. We had two teenage girls with us and they loved it. Outdoor shower made it easy to get by with one bathroom. Can't top the location. Easy bike ride/walk to town and beach. Back yard was well landscaped and furnished with comfortable seating. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Cozy Cottage

Mid-July stay seeking a walkable location to town, nearby beaches and great restaurants. We had a car at the end of our stay to go to other parts of the island but walking to Epernay & Current Vintage was easy for fine wine. The back garden and abundant outdoor furnishings were very nice— and hedged in lawn area feels tranquil and private. We also loved that the outside shower was great water pressure and spacious. I would love to return another visit!

Great stay in Nantucket

The cottage was perfect for our two night stay in Nantucket and had everything our family needed, and plenty of space for us with two small children and an infant. Everything was kept very clean and the sheets, bedding and towels are very high quality. Having the backyard/deck and outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach. The walk to town or the Jetty’s beach are both about 10 minutes and we were able to manage easily without a car.

Classic Cottage - As Walkable As It Is Charming

We so enjoyed our time on Nantucket in this cute and cozy cottage. Our girls (9 & 6) loved sleeping in the matching twin beds upstairs. The landscaping was gorgeous, as was the yard. The kitchen and laundry made it a convenient stay with kids. We rented bikes, but typically walked to town or drove to any excursions. Angela, the housekeeper was gracious, as was our host.

Charming Little House

I'd never rented from VRBO before and Robert seemed to be the perfect host. The house had everything we could need including flashlights and umbrellas. It is a very small house but the location and charm made up for the size! The walk to town and to the Brant Point beach was completely walkable, but we rented bikes anyway. Bike riding proved to be the perfect way to explore the island. I'd come back again but next time I'd stay longer than two nights!!

Great little home!

We loved our stay here! There were a few issues, like ants in the bathroom. Owner was very responsive; however, I don't think I should have to call someone else to remedy the problem. That should be his responsibility. Also, the kitchen picture clearly shows a small coffeemaker. We brought coffee. There was only a percolator and a small Moka. We Googled how to use, but we never got a good cup of coffee! Major letdown, as we were a good 10-min. walk to coffee place. We also finally found more washcloths upstairs, the day we left. The backyard is a wonderful oasis! It's a wonderful home with a great location, so the minor issues did not ruin it for us.
