About this property

We are centrally located - close to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Angel's Stadium, the beach and more. Target, several restaurants, a grocery store and a large city park with splash pad are all within walking distance. We are also only around 30 miles from Hollywood and other special LA attractions as well. Our home is in a family friendly neighborhood, and our backyard offers a great escape for anyone wanting to simply hang out and rest.

Our pool is a 12x24 above ground pool. It is fully fenced, and there is an elevated stone deck for easy access.

We do have air mattresses available. Please send us an inquiry if you are needing to book for a group larger than 12 people.

PLEASE NOTE:
There is a small attached apartment to the home, which also has renters. So there are shared walls - but there are no shared interior or exterior spaces, with the exception of the driveway. We ask that our guests leave one parking space for the renters in the small apartment.

Disney Family Vacation

We had a great vacation at this rental property. Family of 10 had plenty of room and the house was great for the young kids. The host was very responsive and I would recommend this house to any family looking for a place convenient to the Disney Parks!

California Oasis

It worked very well for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The pool, patio, and landscaping in the backyard were beautiful and relaxing. We appreciated the K-cups for the coffee maker in the kitchen! The towels were lovely, and beach towels were provided for the use of the pool. The kids loved the hammock-type swings, the playground equipment, and other toys. The air conditioning was great for the hot weather. It was a great experience. Thank you so much!

Perfect house for a family with kids

This house is amazing! We had a wonderful time staying here for a few days. We enjoyed grilling and swimming. I will say that my 3 kids, 2 of them teenagers, were a little uncomfortable when they walked outside to go swimming and saw the owner with his kids in the backyard swimming. We didn’t realize that we would be sharing the pool. They weren’t out there too long, but it was just a little bit of a surprise. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely consider renting this home again.

Family Friendly

My family really enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful backyard oasis. The host was very helpful with all our questions and was quick to respond. We had 4 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. The children are infant and toddler ages; the interior of the house was very accommodating to all of us especially my kids. There was a pack n play and high chair that was available to use, beds that were low to the ground for my toddler and enough beds to sleep all of us and more! There were children’s games, dog crate, toys and poop bags which was a nice bonus. The kitchen was very nice and useful. The backyard was truly an oasis; it had a playground that was great for my 2 yr old to play on and a nice pool for us to all cool down on a hot day. I loved how the pool was enclosed by a fence for the children’s safety. The property was well kept and very clean. Plenty of towels and bedding for all of us. The home is located near Target and other stores, which helped if we needed something. To note, there are renters that are residing in a connected unit to the house and foot steps can be heard in one of the bedrooms ;this didn’t bother us at all but it is good to know. We hope to return back one day because we enjoyed our stay that much!

Would 100% recommend!!!

We have stayed at a lot of rentals with our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids-15,12,8,5,2&2). This was by far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed! We flew down from Seattle to do a Disney trip but really didn’t like all the restrictions Anaheim had on rentals. This house was less than 20 minute drive to Disney and 20 mins from a beautiful beach! The house had beach toys, umbrella, beach towels and chairs. Huge for us to not have to pack that. The house itself was so beautiful. Very clean! The kitchen was well stocked to cook for large groups and even had oil, salt, pepper and spices. The “tree house” bed was a big favorite. The pink bunk room as we called it was very spacious. The bunk is full on full and the bottom mattress was SUPER comfy. Good to note to access the master bedroom you have to go through the pink bunk bed room but that didn’t bother us at all! The master bed was also very comfortable and I have a pretty bad back so that was really important. Our most favorite part about this house was the backyard. Omg HUGE for our family. We all spent most of time out there in the hang chairs and hammock in the covered space. The playhouse and swings the kids LOVED! The pool is 100% closed in and locked so safe for our busy 2 year old twins. The pool was perfect. Deep enough to jump into but my 8 year could still reach. The bbq and egg grill were amazing! I cooked several meals out there while the kids played. We will definitely be back! Host was kind and very responsive!

Great for families!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Set up perfectly for a family. They had toys and games to play with. Only about 15 minutes to get to Disneyland and a 30 minute drive to the beach. The backyard space is great too! The owners even provided us with fresh eggs from their chickens. We highly recommend staying here!
