About this property

The apartment is located in a private residence with a large pool and many green areas where you can relax. It is a very quiet and very sunny location, away from the main road.

The apartment is modern, comfortable and has a large terrace with awning, barbecue and garden furniture for pleasant meals with direct views over the pool of the residence.

The entrance to the apartment is through a small private garden. Upon opening the door you will find the living / dining room. The seating area is equipped with a large sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table and LCD / satellite TV. In the dining area there is a table that you can open and close at will for you to have more space. There is also a sofa with drawer for another 2 persons.

On the right is the bedroom with double bed and private bathroom.

After a small hall, you will come right to a second bathroom and a second bedroom also fitted with a double bed and a large closet.

Next to this room is a nice kitchen fully equipped and very sunny. The kitchen and back bedroom overlook the large terrace overlooking the pool. These handy on the terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue and sink to prepare your grill.

Your check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A fee of 25,00 € will be applied for check-in between 7:00 pm and 00:00 am. If you are expecting some delays beyond these times, additional fees may apply and will be adjusted accordingly.

Upon request, we can provide a crib: 20 euros/uni/stay and baby chair: 10 euros/uni/stay.

Nice apartment - Good Location

Nice apartment , with very good location just at Porches entry. The beach is near too (10 min. by car) I’ve only one “complaint”, the are few glasses and cups…

Appartement très convenable, juste un peu sombre les mois décembre janvier, pas assez ensoleillé

Très bien reçu par madame vanda qui était toujours disponible. Appartement situé au centre de l'algarve et proche des plages.

Un exito de apartamento

Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento, muy amplio, con una terraza estupenda y muy bien acondicionado, muy fresco, en una urbanización muy agradable. Y la localización me pareció muy buena, fuera del bullicio de los pueblos más turísticos en un pueblecito con historia y encanto y esta cerca de las playas más bonitas del Algarve y cerca de todos los puntos de interés. Vanda nos atendió muy bien. Si volvemos al Algarve sin duda repetiremos

Férias tranquilas

Des vacances superbes

Nous avons passé 1 semaine de vacances superbes (trop court à mon goût!!): la localisation éait parfaite car nous sommes proches: des commerces (5 min en voiture), de magnifiques plages, de nombreux parc d'attractions pour les enfants et de sites touristiques (au maxi 40 minutes de route pour Lagos). Le logemet était conforme mais surtout nous avons eu un service de qualité: changement des serviettes et torchons en milieu de semaine alors que nous ne restions qu'une semaine, c'était une 1ère !!! BRAVO Peut être le seul petit bémol: des couverts et quelques ustensiles en plus seraient les bienvenus ! Néanmoins ça n'a pas du tout gâché nos vacances ! C'est sûr je conserve l'adresse pour des futurs vacances !

Bien situé pour visitez les algraves

Location agréable à cette époque car il n'y a pas trop de résidents. On a pu profiter de la piscine. Le service de nettoyage et de changement de serviette à été très appréciable. Merci nous recommanderons cette location.

J'ai loué cet appartement un peu plus de 6 mois et j'ai apprécié son confort. Cependant j'ai eu un peu froid les mois de Janvier, février. La résidence est très bien entretenue on est au calme avec une vue reposante. Les chambres sont confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. Les plages sont faciles d'accès et l'on peut faire de belles ballades. C'est avec plaisir que je recommanderai cet appartement à des amis.

Excelente estadia

Passámos uma férias muito agradéveis. O apartamento é amplo, muito limpo e fica situado num condominio tranquilo e muito bem cuidado. O condominio não fica perto da praia mas de carro conseguimos a chegar a algumas praias em 10 minutos. Por não estar perto da praia, considero que é um excelente local para familias com crianças porque aqui o sossego está garantido. Um local onde não passam carros e onde podemos deixar as crianças andar à vontade. Recomendo sem qualquer dúvida.

Parfait !

Tout a été parfait. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la résidence, sans être pour autant très éloigné des centres plus touristiques. L' appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Il est très bien aménagé, rien ne manque, et le ménage fait en milieu de séjour est un plus. La piscine et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. La prestation est vraiment de très bonne qualité, nous recommandons sans problème.

Um apartamento de excelência para descansar

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, num sítio calmo entre o mar e a serra longe do bulício algarvio em época de verão. As crianças brincam livremente. É um condomínio fechado em que todos apartamentos têm vista para a piscina privada. O apartamento está muito bem equipado : Cozinha com máquinas de lavar loiça e roupa, forno e placa a gás, frigorífico combinado , microondas e máquina de café. A nível de limpeza e mudança de roupas nDa posso assinalar de negativo. Tem um jardim e um terra o com um bom barbeicue Tem televisão em todos os quartos e na sala. A qualidade da água da piscina e boa e e tratada sempre que. Necessário . Vou tentar repetir porque adorei
