The Space:

Located on the stunning Sunshine Coast, it's not only a short stroll or drive to the beach, coastal walking tracks, delightful cafes, and restaurants. This lovely home welcomes your furry companions, as it's pet-friendly! Just a quick drive away, you'll find the Sunshine Plaza, featuring an array of shops, cinema, and even Australia's largest high ropes challenge course. After a sun-soaked day by the shore, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling in-ground pool. The home features ducted air-conditioning, modern kitchen and two living spaces and a wide range of amenities to choose from.

Linen and More: We take pride in providing hotel-quality linen, all professionally laundered. Your stay includes bedding, bath towels/mats, tea towels, and more, all included in the cleaning fee.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and double garage, there is also space to park 1-2 cars on the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located 1.1km from the beautiful patrolled Alexandra Headland beach (4min drive - 15min walk). Within walking distance of the home you can find cafes, restaurants, a surf club, skatepark and convenience store. There is also a private hospital, shopping centre, library and cinema all close by. Alexandra Headlands is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 14-minute walk (900m) to Mooloolaba Rd / Buderim Ave where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Kawana (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
