There's even a lockable storage room for your bikes and kayaks, along with a high chair, totem tennis, and beach gear ready for you to use!

Bring your bikes and cruise along the scenic cycleway—it'll take you to Huskisson in just 15 minutes or to Vincentia in 10. Living Upstairs: Open plan living with lounge area and a dining area seating 8 guests and air-conditioning. Both have breathtaking views of Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular, the French doors open onto the full wraparound deck and take in the evening breeze.

Living Downstairs: Large lounge area with Smart TV, air-conditioning and doors leading out onto the path and beach.
Kitchen: A well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare holiday feasts. Fridge/freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and a well stocked pantry.
Bathroom Upstairs: Family bathroom with bathtub, large shower, vanity and toilet.
Bathroom Downstairs: Combined laundry/bath with shower, vanity and toilet.
Laundry: Washing machine and dryer (this is located in the downstairs bathroom)
Outdoors: Outdoor Seating area, Outdoor shower.
Parking: Plenty of driveway space and street parking. Please note the garage is not available for guests use.

Outside
A full length deck at the rear of the home takes in the incredible views of Jervis Bay. An outdoor dining set comfortably seats 8 guests and cooking is on a large gas barbeque. The back yard is fenced and secure and has a gate leading onto the bike path and directly to the beach. There is also a lockable storage room for your bikes and kayaks. Enter through the yellow door on the garage that you pass on the way to the house .

Linen
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. Please bring your own beach towels.
