My friends and I stayed here for a wedding in Santa Barbara and had a wonderful stay! The place was cute, clean and had everything we needed. We could easily walk to the main strip on State St. and getting to and from the Santa Barbara Airport was a breeze. Internet worked great and the coffee pods and cream were a great touch! I would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting.

Good location.
The place was nice except for the glaring neighbor's light at night. Not much you can do about that. Bathrooms are old and kind of decrepit . Just a lot of money but then it is SB.
We needed a place for family close to State Street and downtown. And it’s a long walk or short drive to beaches. Very spacious and comfortable. Owner was gracious and responsive. We’d stay here again.
We were there for graduation at UCSB, a short 10min drive to campus. Quiet area and short walk to downtown for coffee. Loved the little shops a couple blocks away. Kitchen was stocked with cooking equipment just needs you to bring food. Quiet front porch for reading.
This craftsman house is lovely. It’s a bit dated but very comfortable. The owner is very attentive and responsive. Our family was here for a birthday party. The location was ideal. Everything was close at hand. Quiet neighborhood!
Our family stayed in the house for 3 nights and it has everything we could have needed. Spacious interior and outdoor spaces and a well appointed kitchen were perfect. Can’t wait to stay here again some day!
Our annual gathering with our college roommates was fun. We had plenty of space in the house to spread out and enjoy good conversations. Bonus was being able to bring our fur babies with us. Dogs enjoyed the fenced in front yard. Parking is limited if you have more than 1 car, but manageable. Minutes away from lots of places we wanted to visit, by foot or by car. Thanks for everything!
Charming old home close to everything in SB! Just be aware that in the summertime it can get warm inside the house on hot days and not all
the bedrooms have an air conditioner. That’s the only thing that could have been better, but everything else was great!
Clean house, ok neighborhood but walking distance to downtown. Nice patio for sitting in the evenings. Well managed ole ty of towels, etc. Washing machine had some issues so we did not run it
We had a wonderful stay. It is a lovely house in a nice neighborhood.
Pros: Owner was responsive and accommodating. Clean, nice towels. The kitchen was well equipped. The layout worked well for us. Bathrooms layout odd but worked (shared full, shared shower-only closet, two bedrooms had 1/2 bath ensuite). Wifi was pretty good. Roku TV was great for watching Olympics.
Cons: beds were not as listed. Four bedrooms: one w/ a queen, two w/ a double, one with 2 twins. Very uncomfortable mattress and I ended up sleeping on the couch each night. Got charged an extra guest fee and not sure why as we were under the listed size.
Great craftsman bungalow in wonderful, central location! Made getting around to various areas so easy. We went to Solvang, the beach, went hiking, to dinner, to events on State Street for Fiesta - everything was so close and easy. House was well-appointed with towels, kitchen utensils, and everything we needed. We had a great time.
Beverly was very attentive and helpful. She went out and bought 2 portable air conditioning units and brought more fans. It’s was unseasonably hot. The beds were very comfortable and lots of room. Would definitely stay here again!
This adorable 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath craftsman was perfect for our group of 7 for a long wedding weekend, as we wanted to be near State Street so we could walk home if needed from the great restaurants but not hear the downtown commotion and this was just right. Beds were comfy, great gated front yard with patio table, chairs and porch couches (and piano!) that we enjoyed drinking coffee on every morning. While we had some issues with rowdy neighbors, the rental manager was quick to reply and show up to mitigate the issue. Plenty of kitchenware, towels and fans to keep us cool as well.
Loved the space for 6 of us gathering. Living room, dining room and porches! Lots of fans: ceiling and portable in each bedroom. Comfy beds, nice linens and lots of good quality towels! Great lighting in each room. Household items well supplied ie TP & paper towels, shampoo shower gel.
Washer/dryer. One full bathroom, 2 half baths in 2 bedrooms and a very small shower room.
4 -5 steps at entry. Otherwise one level.
Accurate pics. BBQ and outside umbrella + table for 6 on lawn. Great for groups!
The house was great for our trip. The outdoor space was enjoyable. There are restaurants within walking distance the “daily grind“ coffee house is delicious. Two of the bathrooms have half baths which was wonderful for our type of group.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely and comfortable craftsman home in a perfect location in Santa Barbara. The front porch seating and table/chairs/umbrella in the yard were ideal for enjoying the great outdoor climate. The indoor living spaces and dining room were great also. Thank you for a great visit!
Gorgeous Funky Bungalow in Quiet, Walkable Neighborhood
We brought our Dog and we absolutely loved the porch and the fenced front yard. Unlike many pet-friendly venues, this house does not smell like pets! It's very clean and cozy with a spacious, beautiful living room and dining room.
Perfectly situated between the west side of State St's bustle and the quieter De La Vina cluster of restaurants & coffee shops. Beautiful, expansive home with a great yard for our dog to play in & fruit trees (lemons & oranges)! Great spot to spend our workcation in Santa Barbara!
Perfect house for a COVID quarantine. Lovely quiet neighbor with easy access to the 101 and downtown. Will return to Santa Barbara some day to enjoy the sights, shopping, and eating out.
