About this property

Les Calades is a charming French country house in the beautiful surroundings of an authentic old village in the foothills of the Cevennes. Numerous leisure opportunities await you in the area, the sea and beautiful rivers and lakes are not far. The cities of Nimes and Montpellier can also be reached in about 30 minutes. You can also set off on beautiful hikes directly from the house or simply do a tasting in the numerous wineries on site.
The several centuries old natural stone house has just been extensively renovated and offers modern comfort in a French country house ambience. Natural stone walls, old beams and a large open fireplace in the approximately 50 square meter salon await you. In addition, the property includes a large, beautifully landscaped garden which is completely closed, as well as a pool for shared use with the holiday home of the owners next door (but these are not always on site).
The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2015, the pool was only completed in June 2015.

Wundervolle Ferien

Wir hatten super Tage vor Ort. Angefangen mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung, einer einfachen und schnellen Kommunikation bei Fragen und einem tollen Haus mit grandiosem Pool. Das Haus bietet super viel Platz und allem was man benötigt.

Endroit spacieux et calme

Maison privatisée avec piscine en commun. Piscine assez grande. Commodités ( machine à laver et séchoir présents. Endroit calme et propriété verdoyante. Belles balades à effectuer à pieds ou à vélo. Restaurant non loin de là, qui est très bon. Propriétaire sympa et discret, acceptant les animaux. Super séjour que nous réitérons l’année prochaine.

Traumhaus

Wo essen wir denn heute Abend? Im Wintergarten? Am großen, antiken Esstisch im Wohnzimmer? Oder ganz verträumt unter den großen Bäumen im Garten? Das war jeden Tag unser Thema. Klar war: Der Aperitif wird am stimmungsvoll beleuchteten Pool eingenommen. Das Haus selbst ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Blitzsauber, top ausgestattet, liebevoll aber nicht überladen dekoriert. Badezimmer neu, Küche perfekt ausgerüstet. Wir waren Anfang bis Mitte Oktober dort. Jeden Tag strahlendes Wetter. Corconne und Umgebung leer, ruhig und von imposanter Schönheit. Supermärkte und Bäcker ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt nach Arles, Montpellier, Sète, Nimes, Avignons …

Super ☺️

Séjour au calme, maison bien grande. Espace vert bien grand et clôture pour les chiens, piscine propre et grande et entretenue régulièrement, toutes les commodité étaient présentes. Endroit proche des autres villages … propriétaires étaient très accueillants. Endroit à recommander. Bel endroit.

Erneut die Unterkunft genossen

Unser Dank gilt erneut Frau Loacker für die Vermietung des liebevoll ausgestatteten Hauses und Tim Forman für die reibungslose Übergabe. Wir hatten wieder sehr schöne Tage in Corconne und kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder. Die Unterkunft kann man nur jedem empfehlen.

Un très bon séjour en bordure des Cévennes

La maison est bien équipée, vaste et agréable (la véranda par les beaux jours d'hiver est un régal...). L'accueil est cordial et les personnes qui vous reçoivent font tout pour vous rendre service. Le village de Corconne est très petit et est le point de départ de belles ballades dans la garrigue (il faut de bonnes chaussures). Quissac à 7 km offre tous les commerces nécessaires. De l'avis de tous nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances de Noël. Merci a Tim et Patrizia.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren im Juni 2022 zum ersten Mal Gäste dort und hatten die Empfehlung von unseren Nachbarn. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und vereinbart. Ein sehr schöner gepflegter und großer Pool, eine große Außenanlage, die komplett abgeschirmt war und dadurch auch ideal für freies Laufen von Hunden geeignet ist. Der Wohnraum ist angenehm groß, die Küche bietet alles an Ausstattung, was benötigt wurde. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist besonders groß. Das Bad ist gepflegt und hat eine tolle Dusche mit viel Platz. Oft haben wir den Grill am Außenkamin genutzt und bei Poolbleuchtung den Abend ausklingen lassen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub. Sicher kommen wir einmal wieder!

Für uns ein ideales Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Das Frühstück und Dinner unter den großen alten Bäumen, den herrlich großzügigen Garten mit seinen blühenden Oleanderbüschen, den großen, perfekt gewarteten Pool, wir haben alles an diesem Feriendomizil genossen. Hervorzuheben sind auch das schnelle Internet in Haus und Garten und die wunderschöne, grüne Gegend um Corconne mit vielen tollen Ausflugszielen im Gard und in den Cevennen oder nach Montpellier. Herzlichen Dank an Frau Loacker für das Vermieten des Ferienhauses und beste Grüße an den ausgesprochen freundlichen Herrn Forman, der eine perfekte Übergabe gestaltete und bei Problemen zur Seite steht. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Pic St. Loup für Weinliebhaber in einem tollen Ambiente

Ein sehr schönes großzügiges Haus. Es bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben es genossen. Die Umgebung ist so wie wir es lieben, viel Natur, gutes Essen und guter Wein. Gerne wieder.

Séjour Sympathique

Séjour chaleureux dans cette maison, l'accès à la piscine ainsi que la mise à disposition de nombreux équipements en fond un endroit très agréable. Malgré tout nous regrettons les différents petits soucis à notre arrivée liés aux précédents locataires, un appel de la propriétaire aurait été apprécié.

Erholung pur

Schönes und gemütliches kleines Haus mit großem Garten und tollem Pool - genau das Richtige um eine Woche lang mit Hund und Kindern einfach nur zu entspannen. Ein wenig schade, dass der Ort selber fast keine Infrastruktur hat, aber eigentlich will man sich hier auch gar nicht wegbewegen. Vielen Dank für eine wunderbare erholsame Woche!

Super séjour très jolie cadre et propriétaire très accueil

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille et entre amis dans cette maison. Endroit très calme et très joli. Belle vue. Maison spacieuse disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Néanmoins si vous souhaitez la télé en français pensez à prendre votre chromecast. Repas pour le midi ombragé sous de jolis arbres. Et piscine super avec plein de transats et de matériels pour jouer dans la piscine.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour du 26/12 au 2/01/21. La maison est très jolie, spacieuse, confortable, la literie au top, la cuisine tres bien équipée....La belle et grande cheminée est un vrai plus en hiver. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Traumurlaub trotz Corona-Ungewissheit

Bis zur letzten Minute wussten wir nicht ob wir reisen können. Wird es zum Risikoland oder nicht? Es wurde nicht. Zum Glück. Ansonsten hätten wir ein ganzes Jahr auf einen Traumurlaub in den Weinbergen warten müssen. Dank der Großzügigkeit der Vermieterin wäre das kein Problem gewesen. Wir hätten den Urlaub einfach schieben können. Das Haus ist einfach nur perfekt. Seit Jahren machen wir Urlaub in Ferienhäusern und seit Jahren kaufen wir irgendwas dazu, was uns fehlt. In diesem Jahr: Nichts. Es ist alles da. Und sehr gut gepflegt, authentisch und gemütlich. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist perfekt, Tim ein sehr sympathischer und aufmerksamer Ansprechpartner. Der Garten ist großzügig, perfekt von ein Mauer umgeben, sodass wir unsere Hunde, darunter Linus, der Ausbrecherkönig, problemlos und ohne Sorge laufen lassen konnten. Sehr schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, auch wenn das Wetter mal schlechter ist, geben die Möglichkeit sich nahezu nur draußen aufzuhalten. Der Pool ist einfach nur klasse. Groß, gepflegt und herrlich erfrischend. In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben nicht annähernd das gesehen, was wir uns im Vorhinein rausgesucht haben. Montpellier, schöne Strände, mittelalterlich anmutende Dörfer mit bezaubernden Märkten und die wunderschöne Schlucht bei Corconne, keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt fängt sie an. Wir waren begeistert. Liebe Frau Loacker, wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Traumhafter Pool

Drei schöne Schlafzimmer, liebevoll eingerichtet und ein super schöner Pool. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit drei Eisfächern, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler usw. Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Gute Informationen schon vor der Reise. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub auch in schwierigen Zeiten.

Es fehlte an nichts

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus hat Charme, die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und die Ausstattung in der Küche und am Pool ließ an nichts vermissen! Den Pool können wir nur hervorheben. Er ist wunderschön angelegt, das Wasser ist top, Liegen und Schirme sind ausreichend vorhanden und auch Luftmatratzen etc. stehen zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit Frau Loacker waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Hier möchten wir ein besonderes Dankeschön aussprechen. In dieser Zeit der Corona- Pandemie wir blieb uns bis zum Letzten Tag die Option, zu stornieren. Das fanden wir großartig. Vielen Dank! Wir Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Une grosse déception

Nous sommes arrivés dans cette maison située au beau milieu du village. Les fenêtres du salon et des chambres donnent sur la rue. Le rez de chaussée est très sombre. Il est impossible de séjourner dans la partie véranda: la chaleur y est intenable. Il est impossible de manger dehors: pas de salon de jardin. La chambre parentale est plutôt agréable mais le matelas est très poussiéreux. Les deux autres chambres sentent le renfermé. Tout cela sans parler de la chaleur qui avait imprégné les murs en cette fin d'été... Il est difficile de se prélasser à la piscine: peu entretenue, remplie de gravier et de guêpes mortes... Il nos a fallu une nuit pour nous décider à quitter les lieux...

Familienurlaub mit Hund 🐶

Wir haben in Corconne einen wunderschönen und unvergesslichen Sommerurlaub mit unseren Kindern + Hund verbracht. Der Pool ist mega, das Haus und Anwesen bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön und das Wetter war einfach herrlich. In Corconne kann man zwar außer Wein und etwas Feinkost nichts einkaufen, dafür findet man aber das beste Restaurant in der Gegend: Sous Le Chene. Vielen Dank, Frau Loacker, wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Die Betreuung vor Ort war im Übrigen auch super :)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison est magnifique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons apprécié les attentions des propriétaires à notre arrivée, la qualité des échanges et la souplesse.
