This special place is located in the safe, festive and prestige Wawona Ranch Estates neighborhood. During Christmas time our streets light up and become “Candy Cane Lane” . It is a spacious & luxurious 1 bedroom, 1 bath private guest room, attached to the home. You can enter from a private entrance located outside of the home. No doors adjoin to the main house.
The "Clovis Trail" is perfectly accessible right next door to the estate, it is a quick 1 minute walk.

Piece and Comfort

Great place to unwind but still feel like you are at home. Everything is well thought out of, down to the tv having plenty to watch. I enjoyed being able to catch up on things without being too far away. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Very comfortable room, quiet neighborhood. Would have given a higher rating if the television had a way to control the volume. No volume controller was provided.

Weekend Stay

We booked for 2 nights. Communication before our stay was a bit sparce. We came to the room to drop off our luggage about 5:00 and could not get in through the code on the door. We tried several times and messaged and called the host and didn’t get a reply back for about an hour. We left for dinner and did get a call. She ended up leaving us a key under the mat. I’m glad we didn’t have it happen at 9:00 at night. Once we got into the room it was a very nice room. The bathroom lighting is a bit dim but everything else was nice. The house is in a very nice neighborhood right next to a park.
