Greetings from Red River, New Mexico, nestled at the southern tip of the Rocky Mountains, just 25 miles from Taos. Known locally as a hidden paradise for skiers and snowboarders, it's also an ideal destination for hiking, biking and fishing in the warmer months. Resort Overview

If you're looking for the convenience of ski-in/ski-out lodging, your WorldMark resort in Red River, New Mexico, may be just the ticket. Located at the base of the Red River Ski and Snowboard Area, your resort is just 30 feet away from the nearest ski lift and only three blocks from the ski area's main entrance. In addition to skiing, you can also partake in snowboarding, snowshoeing or snowmobiling.

While Red River (pop. 484) receives up to 188 inches of snow annually and is perfect for winter sports five months of the year, the area is also an ideal spot for other outdoor activities. Sunny 340 days a year, the resort invites you to spend the milder months hiking, biking, fishing, ATV riding or horseback riding.

Two Bedroom Queen: King in master, queen in second bedroom, queen murphy bed in living area. All units are located on the second floor. Maximum occupancy 6.

Parking is limited, and the resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
The area surrounding the resort is seasonal, and some of the local stores are closed April-May and October-November annually. Call the resort for details.
The hot tub is open year-round, and there is no pool. Hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
There is a designated smoking area at the resort for owners and guests.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at WorldMark Managed or Not Managed locations.

Red River is a highly seasonal resort. The town is much quieter April to May and October to November and many equipment vendors and restaurants are closed. Call the resort for details.
Red River's one bedroom units have a maximum occupancy of four people, however it is recommended to book a 2 bedroom for four people.

Red River Ski Area
With 58 trails nearly equally divided into beginner, intermediate and expert runs, and with a lift capacity of 7,920 people per hour, it's no wonder this is such a popular ski area. Just 30 feet from your resort.

Taos
With more artists per capita than Paris and more non-profit cultural institutes than cities ten times its size, the artists' community of Taos—just 36 miles from your resort—is waiting to be explored.

Georgia O'Keeffe Home and Studio
The paintings of Georgia O'Keeffe (1887-1986) were inspired by the northern New Mexico landscape. The artist settled in Abiquiu, New Mexico, in 1949 and is about 100 miles away from your resort.
