This property was as shown in pics on VRBO. The property was clean and well appointed. Three large double beds and two bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen and lounge dining area. Fabulous location close to most historical sites and we walked everywhere. Very good communication with the owner. Thank you.
The unit was as described easy process to communicate with the owner for the check in and out. Easy walk to all the main attractions in Rome and plenty of eating options within a few minutes walk.
Clean, as promised. Great location for the trains at Termini and visiting the sites in the city.

Great Location and Property; poor communicative manager
In our opinion we couldn't have had a better location. It was right on the Piazza di Santa Maria Maggiore which is a relatively easy walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Forum, etc. Also it was a very easy walk~400 meters to the Termini train station. Inside, the apartment was well appointed with very good air conditioning, two bathrooms, three spacious bedrooms, etc. Unfortunately, there were very few drinking glasses, only two wine glasses; however, at the same time there were more than a dozen espresso cups. The elevator is not too busy and is large enough for 3 people. Noise levels were okay. The cleaners did a very poor job of cleaning between tenants in the kitchen area. There was jam on the dining room table tablecloth and there were many crumbs on the dishes in the drawers. It would have been nice if tea towels and wash cloths for dishes were provided. Other cleaning was good. We never did meet the manager in person. All correspondence was by WhatsApp.
We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment is clean, close to Rome Termini and easy to access. It’s on the 5th floor but there is a lift. Clean, nice and exactly as described. There were 6 adults in our party and had no issues. One bed is a double bed, but my daughter and I shared with no problems. We would definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again!

Beware this realtor is a scam !
the owner would not give me the address until the last minute. When we arrived after a 5 hour drive , we found that he had given us an entirely different apartment! 2 bd and 1 bath rather than 3 bd and 2 baths. When I contacted him , he admitted this He has since deleted his email. 5 un related people in a tiny apartment with a one person expresso machine and one bath. I am outraged. 'I have used this site for years and have always had wonderful experiences. This is absolutely unbelievable. Beware !
Very clean, centrally located apartment in the heart of Rome. Close to everything including Termini train station and multiple Metro stations and bus routes. In a lively neighborhood with lots of food options and a supermarket across the street. Lorenzo was a great host. Great experience all around !
We had a great stay. It was a great location for our Rome stay. Very close to the train station but still close enough the Metro and the main tourist spots. It was a good fit for two couple and 17yr olds.

There are better options
First positives: The location is very convenient to the train station. The flat was very clean. Beyond those aspects, we were disappointed. Beginning at check-in when rather than meeting the host Catia, there was a man named Alex that met us at the door. Perhaps our first impression might have been different meeting Catia (previous reviews indicate such). Alex led us up to the apartment gave a hastened tour, literally saying “bedroom bedroom bedroom bathroom bathroom” as we walked down the hall. He then pointed to the thermostat and said “don’t touch!” That was the extent of explaining the apartment. No explanation of how the induction cooking top worked, the electric mocha pot or the clothes washer. We arrived at our scheduled time, 15:30. The housekeeper was still working in the apartment. This itself didn’t concern us. What did concern us was that, Alex, after the brief tour and having us deposit all of our luggage near the kitchen, instructed us gruffly, “Now you must go! You must go now, and you can return in 30 minutes”. We felt very uncomfortable with this (leaving our luggage). He gave us a key and insisted we leave. Upon returning we found they had not left a second key. There were four adults in our party with differing plans. We contacted the host and asked for a second key. They replied there was no other key because “a guest last year lost it”. This is ridiculous! We had to significantly alter plans, timing our returns so that no one would be locked out!
Wonderfully located close to Roma Termini making it a perfect hub for our Rome sightseeing. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we required for our stay.
We would recommend the apartment, but if you’re sensitive to noise in the early hours of the morning, you may be disappointed! It really didn’t bother us though. We would gladly stay here again.
Perfect location as a base, flat with charm, the high ceilings and large rooms are top notch. The absolute cleanliness of this flat is worth an extra star.
Not entirely quiet at night and towards morning, so deep and peaceful sleep is out of the question.
Still highly recommended
Thanks to Catia and Alex for sharing their apt in Rome. The apt was clean and well maintained, plenty of space for the six of us, kitchen was handy for coffee and quick lunches. A bit noisy in the AM but you are in the city. Would definitely stay here again and learn the bus system to make touring a little easier. Great food, portions and staff at Birreria Marconi just around the corner to the left.
The apartment was fully represented in the listing and coffee was available in the kitchen. It is a nice functional space. We arrived rather late in the evening after a flight from Vienna. The host's son met us at the apartment and fully informed us how to navigate the apt. It is right across the street from the basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, which is a gorgeous building, don't miss it. The guide we had for a colosseum tour thinks it is the most beautiful of all the churches in Rome. The location is in a busy area but the street noise did not seem to bother us except for the clanging of glass early every AM when the restaurant below emptied the nights accumulation of wine bottles. Good apt for 4 adults willing to share bathrooms.
Communication thru VRBO app was not a plus and outside control by host. Expedia launched ONE KEY which totally hosed communication. Spent several hours over multiple days with tech support, issue was never resolved. We finally resorted to using WhatsApp which worked perfectly.
