Welcome to Lighthouse Villas. Feel free to ask me any queries you may have. It is my pleasure to help you. Have a pleasurable stay and perfect holidays. The villas are cleaned twice a week. You can contact me 24 hours per day. The building consists of two seperate villas each with their own private pool. Each villa is 100% seperated with a high fence so that the clients have privacy from the adjacent villa. I myself constructed the villas with the help of '' Kekatos architect''. We commenced renting the villas in August 2019. Become our first clients!!!

My name is Tzivras Evangelos(Vagelis). I am the owner of the villas together with my older brothers Theoklitos and Panagis Tzivras. I am 27 years old. I am a civil engineer of the university of applied sciences of thessaly. I worked about 3 years as a Freelancer civil/structure engineer in Kefalonia Greece. My family has worked in tourism industry for more than 25 years in Kefalonia. Tzivras family owns apartments in the Lassi area of Kefalonia ''Tzivras villa and apartments''. We also own a family traditional restaurant in Argostoli from our grandparents ''Tzivras restaurant 1933'' which has been in operation since 1933.
