Renowned as a centre for the antiques trade, there are several shops and dealers, as well as a fine collection of country pubs, restaurants and a thriving farmers market. Lanhydrock House (NT) and gardens is just 3 miles away, while the fabulous Boconnoc House, Eden Project, shipwreck museum and tall ships harbour at Charlestown, and the picturesque fishing villages of Mevagissey, Fowey and Padstow are within easy reach.
