Open the gate, walk up the steps and through the door and you'll find yourself in a lovely cottage dating back to 1750 with whitewashed walls, huge ancient fireplaces and decorated in calming, soft colours as befits a home stay such as this. A combination of soft wooden and stone flooring, wooden furniture, wrought iron beds and pretty linens really adds to the country-cottage feel, whilst the stone walled cottage garden and view of the rolling hills beyond will really make you feel you've found your little piece of countryside heaven.
