Hook Cottage is a lovely ground floor cottage located in Looe, Cornwall. All rooms are on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms: one King Size double and one twin. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. It has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a private garden area with furniture, as well as large shared gardens. Hook Cottage is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 999355, 999357, 1072735 and 987239 together they can sleep twenty-four people. Note: There is an active beehive within the owners own private garden, which is well away from guests. Please take precautions if you suffer severe allergies to bees. Note: There are no EV charging points at the property, so the charging of electric vehicles is prohibited. NOTE: As of the 6th December 2025, this property will be a Friday arrival

Amenities: Oil central heating and wood burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee maker. A tumble dryer is available which serves the 5 barns charged at £5 per load.
Logs are provided on arrival and additional logs can be purchased at £5 per load. A selection of books and games, iPod dock/Smart TV, DVD player and Super-fast WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Communal landscaped gardens with gas BBQ. Disposable BBQ's can also be purchased for guests going to the beach. Cot and Highchair (available on request). Two well behaved pets welcome (XL Bully breeds cannot be accommodated). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 12 mins walk and pub 1 mile. Bike storage (available on request).
