Family Thanksgiving Gathering

The house is beautiful and spacious. Ryan always responded to questions in a timely manner. Check in was easy and smooth. The pool needed a little cleaning upon our arrival. From the description, I expected more queen size beds but discovered that the 4 queen beds in the game room were actually blow up mattresses. It all worked out and we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in this lovely place during a exhibition in Tampa. A great place to stay, big spacious house with everything you could wish for. Ryan is a great host, that is easy to reach if and when needed. We will be back for sure!!

Great location

Perfect for the Tampa Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens, tour of the Raymond James Stadium, tiki tour, and a Bolts game. Lots of room and the game room theater was SO perfect. The pool was big so we did not feel crowded. Nice and quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. Excellent communication with Ryan

Absolutely amazing!

The place was clean and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need to cook or host. Ryan was easy to get ahold of and helpful. Would stay in the property again 100%. Most of our time was spent outside by the pool with ample views.

Great Place!

This was a great place to stay with my sisters, their husbands and children. A lot of room and activities to do at this property, and was close to local attractions on our bucket list. A lot of kitchen tools/supplies if you enjoy cooking, but the main grill was broke and was given a small charcoal grill in its place. Not ideal for feeding 3 families. Over all a great place and would stay here again! Communication with the manager was easy and quick everytime!

Good Stay

Worked well for three families with children. It was a process to turn the hot tub on, as we had to text the property owner when we wanted it to turn on, and we were limited to 4 hours per day. That was the only complaint. Had a great time, and the property owner was responsive.

Christmas break

Owner was in the middle of a huge property renovation. Everything looked beautiful but not everything worked. He personally set temps for pool & air. We had no control & went from hot & stuffy to cold & back. We were unable to use the pool until the last day. Oven did not work yet & new cooktop only had 1 pan that worked on it. It just wasn’t worth the $

Beautiful and modern house, plenty of rooms, amazing game room.

When we arrived, the poll was not ready for use, was not 100% cleaned yet, but got cleaned in the day after. No issue! The number of sleeps was listed as 24, but we had to use inflatable mattress and sofa bed to keep up. The kitchen - you can kook whatever you want - and living room is amazing, enough room for big families and groups of friends, the communal spaces were amazing. I found one Bible named as "Fake News", I was disappointed. I understand that we leave in a free world, everybody can express whatever they want. However, my faith is strong to beleive despite some situations.

Second Trip - Same Property

Second stay at this lovely large home in Tampa Florida. The home is a great size for large family with friends. Ample indoor and outdoor space. Neighborhood is residential and very quiet. Our group goes to bed early, so not an issue for us! Highly recommend.

Great Space

This house was perfect for our group of family, friends and pros, for a sailing regatta. We had 11 people, of which many were guys who did not want to share space, so the house fit our requirements. Great room/kitchen space made it easy to cook and still socialize. It is in a residential, not vacation, neighborhood, so it's important to keep in mind for noise levels. For our group, not an issue as we get up early to race at the regatta at the Davis Island Yacht club. Kitchen is well equipped with a wide variety of gear to cook with. Adequate towels and linens and a stand-out gaming room on the second floor, which also doubles as extra sleeping space. All together, a great centrally located home, perfect for larger groups.

Nice house not maintained.

House was nice however- pool was not clean it was dirty and has algae. After buying a new propane tank found out grill did not work. Communication was difficult at times with property manager. Garage was not accessible . Old food was never cleaned out in kitchen fridge and in master bedroom. TV didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. Great neighborhood

Everything was perfect with the house. We had a great stay during Super Bowl Weekend. We did have a hard time keeping the hot tub warm, but got in contact with the property manager and he walked us through it. No issues!!

Everything you need is here. Beautiful finishes in a modern home. Plenty of room and the pool and hot tub are great. Easy to reserve and work with. They even got us in a bit early! Highly recommend and can’t bet the location. Close to everything!

Best Christmas Reunion Yet!

We had 13 people gathering from all across the country for a family Christmas reunion. Our ages spanned 3 to 90.75. This house was everything stated in the listing and then some! We absolutely enjoyed the pool, the theater and pool table, the kitchen and all the equipment available (perfect for cooking for a group), and the location was perfect! The best part was that we could be together, without constantly running into each other as there were plenty of spaces for the kids (and adults) to play, and the adults to talk and cook; and yet there was also plenty of space for us to be together in the communal spaces. We had such a wonderful time we are seriously considering a repeat for next Christmas! With our crew that is HIGH praise.

This home is within 5 miles of 4 beaches. 4 Miles to the convention center Tampa General Hospital and Amalie Arena, 4 Miles to Raymond James Stadium. 10 Miles from Busch gardens. The home is located in a very safe family neighborhood with hundreds of restaurants nearby. We don't allow large events or parties since this is a quiet neighborhood.
