Once you check into this lovely end unit condo, a mere five minute walk to the beach and all Old Orchard Beach has to offer, you won't want to leave. It is located a few short blocks to the beach and all the downtown area.

The first level is a garage large enough for a small to mid sized car, second level houses the kitchen, living room, laundry facilities, and 1/2 a bath. On the third level are two bedrooms, the master and guest, and a full bath, and the top floor, accessible by circular staircase, is the loft bedroom, with its own private bath.

Outside is a deck with a grill and table & chairs. There is parking for two vehicles, and linens, towels and gas for the grill is provided for you.

As advertised. Good location

Convenient for walking to everything old orchard beach has to offer. My kids had a great time. The location was also good for day trips up the coast to explore beaches, lighthouses and state parks.

Great property and location

We loved the property and the location. We could walk everywhere which was great for our teenagers. The only negative is it was hot this week and so the loft was extremely hot with no air conditioning.

Pure Relaxation

This cute condo was a great place to stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and dryer worked well. The grill was an added plus! Beds were super comfortable, we slept well! The location was just minutes to the pier and beach. There is a small grocery store right up the street that had many items appropriately priced. Kathy was an amazing host and communication was a breeze, as well as the check in/check out process. We will keep this property on our list of preferred places to stay in OOB. This property will not disappoint!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We just returned from our stay at this great house only a short walk to the Pier and Old Orchard Beach. We loved just about everything about our stay. The house was supplied with almost everything we would need. It’s decorated beautifully and has a lot of upgrades. The beds are comfortable, and though there is no air conditioning, keeping the windows open with the ceiling fan on made it comfortable to sleep. I would say the biggest drawback, and certainly not a big deal, was that with all the upgrades we were surprised the shower head was a bit old. But it was still fine. We had an incident where the top floor smoke detector went off inexplicably and the property manager was quick to respond and replace when we couldn’t get it to stop. The outdoor space alone is reason to rent this house, very relaxing. I highly recommend this spot!

Great location for exploring the area

Nice apartment- we had plenty of room and all the essentials. Good location for exploring Portland, OOB, Kennebunkport, bike trails and coast line.

townhome close to the beach

Modern and comfortable. The location is about 1/4 mile from the very busy OOB strip and so reasonably quiet. No air conditioning so it might be hot some weeks of the summer. 3rd floor BR is not easily accessible for the old or very young.
