Such a lovely place, bunch of stores, bars, cafes and restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance. Everything was so clean and nice. Got to check in 4 hours earlier and even if I hadn’t been able to do that they said they could watch our bags until then rather than dragging them around for hours. Went beyond my expectations couldn’t recommend them enough!💗

Great location, bad wi-fi

The location is excellent. 5 min walk to Eral's Court station which you can take Picadilly and District lines. Everything about the room was tiny. The sofa bed was bigger than the bed in the bed room. One thing we didn't like about this place was internet connection. They provide Wi-fi but it doesn't work all the time, very weak and unstable.

I really enjoyed the location. It was super convenient, being close to transport and shops. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, I did have some issues. There was no soundproofing at all, which made it hard to relax at times. Additionally, the door didn’t always lock properly, which was a bit concerning. Overall, it was a decent stay, but those issues could use some attention.

We arrived and were sent to our room which smelled terrible and was very dirty. I complained and they gave me another room. I guess the room they gave us had not been cleaned. Room much smaller than I thought it would be based on photos. You could hear everything going on in the hotel. I will say the shower was good. Just really not worth the cost.

Good location , really clean & modern. Lovely fresh towels & Bed was comfortable The standard studios was a little smaller than expected the bed was up against the wall on one side would stay here again but book a larger room next time

The initial room we received was disappointing—cold and not entirely clean in some spots. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, quickly providing us with a better room the next day. The new room was much more comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, which added to the convenience of our stay.

Es un edificio nuevo , más instalaciones son nuevas ; pero hemos encontrado unos insectos poco deseados en la zona del baño ( 3 veces ) entiendo que al ser un sótano puede ocurrir pero deja mucho que desear La cama de nuestra habitación se encontraba al lado de unas ventanas , y hemos pasado frío ; aunque había calefacción central al estar al lado de la ventana ( una de las ventanas por cierto rajada ) entraba mucho frío se noche . Espero puedan resolver esos detalles ( cambiar las ventanas ) y lo de los insectos pues revisar a qué pueda deberse . Por lo demás , practico , simple , buena ubicación . Gracias
