Camera spaziosa e arredata minimamente. Piccolo bagno in camera. Rumore dalla strada. WiFi non funziona. Nell'insieme vale il buon prezzo che si paga ed è molto vicino ai luoghi di interesse. Nessun lusso ma ci tornerei.

Con alcune migliorie diventerebbe perfetto

Siamo 2 coppie, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti, Le note positive: --Vicinissimo alla citta vecchia ( 5 minuti a piedi) -- Vicino a farmacia, ristoranti, alimentari, al mattino mercato di frutta e carne -- Pulito --Gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolti --Camera tripla, che poteva ospitare anche 5 persone , in quanto alla grandezza Note negative, che a mio parere alcune con poco si potrebbero risolverle -- Non ci era stato comunicato che non vi era il rifacimento camere ma SPECIALMENTE che non cambiavano le salviette e il rifornimento della carta igienica (ho dovuto chiederla all’altra camera) Bastava lasciare qualche cambio di salviette e carta a disposizione in caso di necessità. -- I due terrazzini che vi sono, erano impraticabili perché sporchi di feci di piccione. -- Parcheggio difficile da trovare. -- Problemi con l’acqua della doccia che è stata un giorno a intermittenza calda e fredda, un giorno fredda -- Colazione buona in quanto a caffe e cappuccio, ma un po' carente del resto. Ribadisco se facessero alcune migliorie diventerebbe un affittacamere perfetto

La stanza si trova a pochi minuti dal centro. E' stata la soluzione più giusta perché non è una cittadina facile per i parcheggi. la stanza era pulita; bagno piccolo ed assenza parcheggio incluso la rendono buona ma non ottima. L'auto non l'abbiamo più mossa in quanto poi è difficile parcheggiare. il giudizio è buono tenendo conto del costo giornaliero

Ottima sistemazione vicino al centro storico

Esperienza positiva, la camera si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, posteggiata la macchina grazie alla cortesia del gestore, ci siamo mossi a piedi. Semplice la stanza ma gradevole, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Comoda posizione, ma senza aria condizionata

Il B&B e' in una posizione comoda: si trova parcheggio nell'area e poi ci si muove a piedi fino alla zona dei sassi. Il gestore e' una persona cordiale e molto gentile. La struttura e' semplice (un appartamento un po' datato ma pulito). Attenzione d'estate: la camera era senza aria condizionata e la notte e' stata insonne e terribile a causa del caldo soffocante.

En general muy bien, grazie En general muy buena experiencia, la ubicación estupenda a unos pasos del centro de la ciudad antigua. La habitación muy limpia al igual que el baño. Un desayuno continental y un capuchino muy delecioso. La propietaria fue muy amable. El parque es la calle y si no encuentras lugar en los parques destinados al apartamento puedes pagar en la calle principal con parkimetro y no es muy caro 0.50€. Una buena opción economica para pasar unos días en el bello Matera. Lo recomiendo.

世界遺産、満喫しました。

駅からすぐでわかりやすい場所でした。 宿泊先からは、飲食店や雑貨屋さんなとたくさんあり、世界遺産の場所も近くすべて歩いて行けて、とても良かったです。 共同のトイレやシャワーも使い安かったので、とても快適でした。
