Avoid this hotel apartment

Jormand not provided accommodation, shifted to Richmond apartment. Very bad experience with them . House keeping below average. Hot plate almost every time not working. Avoid this hotel.

My time at Jormand

I enjoyed my stayed but the towels, bed sheets are very old. they need to be changed. some of the facilities are also old.

Far away from what I had expect

I stay in Jorman Hotel Apartments for 6 days, need stay another 10 days in Dubai, but change to another place because of the general condition and service at the hotel. Several things was not as expected. The house keeping/cleaning was nearby not existing, for 6 days they only do the bed, floor was dirty, dirt on floor when I come, and same was there when I left, never clean anything in kitchen, table was dirty and never cleanet. every day something was forgotten (towels, soap, shower gel etc) and had to ask for it) Internet was so slow that I gave up and used my mobile internet - it is also slow (edge) but faster and more stable than the WiFi in hotel. TV had 10 channels, and it is ok but there was so much noise on the screen on all 10 channels that it was not possible to use the TV. I general, the room was ok, but the bathroom need to be updated. I expect the place be better and for sure I will not come back. I took another Apartment in another hotel in same area, price same, more space and everything works.

Nice hotel

I stayed here for 5 nights. I love the service see in a beautiful neighborhood and easy to travel around to gold souk . Kamara and dubai mall by taxi is about 15aed.

I guess it was fine

The hotel was slightly above mediocre. If worried about price only this place will work. I found the staff to be incompetent and they would only give one key although there were 2 of us. The rooftop pool was a big plus for me as it is beautiful Not a horrible place but not for anyone with a standard

jormand a neat apartment

I enjojed staying in the hotel. Your services ok.my only complain was you charged me half day on my arrival plus two days. i left the hotel 12 midnight and suppose to leave hotel by 12 noon.

Shabby place with facilities that don't work

When I arrived the bank card machine wasn't working. Even though it was after midnight and I was tired from flight I had to go out walking around looking for a cash machine so I could pay hotel. Luckily I had the foresight to only pay for the first night! The swimming pool wasn't working. My room smelt very musty and I asked for another. Was given one OK but it was noisy as it was opposite air conditioning machines. The kitchen in the room had no kettle and very few utensils. I managed to make some coffee in a cereal bowl! That was all I could do. The cooker had burnt on grime, wouldn't want to risk using it. The room key card seldom worked properly, I often had to go back to reception to get let into my room. The whole establishment was a pathetic shambles. In the morning I found a better hotel round the corner and checked out . on the plus side, the staff were pleasant and stoical, they seemed resigned to the fact I would be leaving the place just as soon as I could. I normally write positive reviews of places I stay, but can't for this one I'm afraid.

Great value for money hotel

We had a great stay over a few days at the hotel. The staff were lovely always willing to answer questions and give direction, and the hotel was great value. The hotel is away from the city by about 10-15 minutes by taxi, about 10 from the airport. Walking distance to the burjuman centre and surrounded by 3 metro stations (bur juman, al karama, and al fahidi) if it's to hot you can easy pick up a taxi at the metro back to the hotel. We hired a car for 24 hours and the hotel provided free under cover parking. We also got wifi included in the price. The room was a bit dated (typical Indian/Asian motel decor), but had a washing machine, cooking facilities, clean sheets and towels, the room was very clean, but needed some repair to bathroom door frame. Breakfast was great value, and always had a range of Asian and Western foods. Would happily stay there again

proche plage jumeirha (15min taxi), mais éloigné de la marina. prendre le métro situé à 15 min a pied depuis l'hotel. 15 min en taxi pour l'aeroport. propre, mais équipement cuisine souvent en panne....bruyant parfois (isolation) je recommande néanmoins.

Poor service but fairly clean

There was no information booklet and guidance in the rooms; Phone was out of service upon move-in and had to ask them to put it in service. There were no additional power outlets in the room so had to unplug the TV to recharge my cell phone and laptop.
