not happy

bathroom roof around fan not clean, fan went 24/7. room small, lift was out of commission and had to carry bags up 2 stories. staff did help there. laundry not working and had to pay. toilet seat not fit toilet. secruity safe not working. breakfast not good. we will not recommend staying there

Disappointed

Hotel cancelled my booking 4 days before we arrived- claimed they emailed me but I never recieved the email and did not find out until arrival- then had to pay for a more expensive room as there were no double rooms available. Room was very small but clean and quiet.

Causeway Inn on the Malll

What a great location, right in the middle of Bourke St Mall, hotel staff were efficient and friendly , rooms are small but clean and comfortable so all you need for a place to sleep after a day out enjoying the city. Would stay again

The location is great and convenient. Tram stops are only 3 min away and short walk to Bourke street mall and plenty of choices for food.

Thete wasn't a balcony or window you could open. Thete were an offices opposite our room so the curtains had to be drawn all the time. The bathtub was difficult to get in or out of as it was too deep. But the location was excellent.

Not bad

the hotel and room was fine no issue, I’d still come back but the entry to the hotel smells awfully bad of urine they need to use a power washer with disinfectant to rid of the smell it’s that bad.
