• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction
House rules
• Please make sure physical keys are returned, as, in case of a loss, a fine of $35 will be applicable.
• Late check out is only available based on availability (need to check on the same day with housekeeper).
• If a late check out is NOT available, we do request our guests to free the unit by specified check.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property.

If you have any doubts, throw them out because this place has it all. From reserving the unit until check out everything was pleasant. We will definitely be booking again!

Great place to get away

We really enjoyed the Caribe as always. This unit was very well maintained and had a great view of the marina/bay area. Easy access to beach, pool, restaurants, and amenities. As always the Caribe staff were incredibly helpful and available. Would definitely recommend this unit at the Caribe!

Great Condo!

This was a great property. Very clean. On the second floor on the far side of the building so it was easy to get up and down from the room. Also, the condo faced west so there was shade in the morning and you could watch the sunset in the evenings.

Although the room was beautiful, my family was expecting carpeted rooms and a queen in the 2nd bedroom. The TV's were certainly not like this and the decor was completely different. It was if we were put in the wrong room. Still loved the Caribe.

Dirty

The floors in the room were not mopped. Tiles were glued up around the bathtub. The pools were dirty with trash and food lying everywhere. Boat slips were $75 a day to park but first come first serve. So basically you pay to have three boats to a slip. Out boat motor had scratches all over after a night in the slip. On the bright side there was an ice machine in the room.

A pleasant stay

My husband and I took our two children (14 and 11) to stay at the Caribe Resort for the first time. I used VRBO. I must say the condo was great. The booking service WAS LESS THAN convenient. It took five-plus times for the app/emails to work to take my payment. Finally, a lady called (3 different times) because the payment processing would not work. (Not my fault, but because they'd changed their credit card processing company). Finally, it went through. I received an email reminding me that my last payment was due. I used the link on the email and tried to pay. PROBLEMS AGAIN. It took multiple attempts and it finally worked from a desktop computer. It was time to check-in. There were no instructions. Not even a room number. All I had was "Check-in at 4:00 p.m. Checkout at 10:00 a.m." The lady at the guard shack was RUDE. My children labeled her "Mrs. Personality." [Thankfully every other employee was awesome]. She allowed us to go in on a one-hour pass. I went to building B to see if they could give us any info. There was a very nice lady at the desk (I wish I remembered her name). She was able to help me find my room number but told me that was the only info she had. There were no keys. Nothing. She suggested looking under the doormat at the room. It was there. ONE KEY. There were two hanging passes inside (Blank), but only one key. We were able to park and unload. The rest of the trip was great. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels/rags. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking pots/pans. The balcony was the best. We had views of the gulf and the porch wrapped around to the bay. Our children loved the multiple pools and slides. Everyone's favorite was the lazy river. We will definitely stay there again, but will NOT USE HOSTEEVA for booking (through VRBO). One area of concern was the shower in the bedroom we stayed in. It was SCALDING HOT and would change instantly during the shower and you could not turn it back to cold. My husband called the owner to warn him of the danger and he was not concerned. "It's just that way," he said. All of that said, we LOVED Caribe. However, we will book through the actual resort next time, not Hosteeva/VRBO.

Excellent Visit

The property was more than we expected. Very spacious and well equipped. Convenient location. It was actually more space than we needed, a two bedroom two bath unit for just two adults. It could have easily accommodated another couple. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Early spring break

We did not book condo until late but no problems at all. Check in was quick and this unit is outstanding. Grand boys enjoyed the pools and view of the boats. Excellent choice for our trip,

It was okay

We have stayed at this resort for the last 8 years with my family. We absolutely love coming here! Unfortunately in this unit, my husband and I killed no less than 15+bugs. I'm assuming it was because we were on the second floor and so close to the ground. Just wanted to let you know. It will not however keep us away....we are already booked for fall break in October!
