Two-room apartment of approx. 90 square meters Arranged on two floors with attic, ideal for 4 or 5 people.
The ground floor apartment has a bathroom without shower and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and toaster. The living room also includes satellite TV and a sofa bed for two people.
On the first floor there is the double bedroom (double bed and single sofa bed) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The apartment also has a large attic (approx. 30 sqm) with a double room. The floors are connected by an internal spiral staircase.
The apartment is equipped with free Wi Fi, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is also surrounded by a large park of approx. 15. 000 sqm. with a wonderful view of the lake where you can contemplate the beauty of the place and enjoy the surrounding serenity.
