Artes Exclusive IV apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.

The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift.
As you enter, on the right-hand side is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything you need to cook; on the left-hand side is the first double bedroom with a double bed.
Next, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room equipped with a double sofa bed and a dining table.
The sleeping area has two additional double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, decorated in a nice light colour scheme.
It has a modern bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

There is Wi-Fi, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during the winter, November-May) from 1pm to 11pm.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment if this prior process has not been carried out.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
