Stately house, located in a fantastic natural place in front of the sea, in the very heart of the Costa Brava, only 5 minutes on foot from the beach of Tamariu though the ronda way.
From the private swimming pool and garden you have panoramic views over the sea. The house is totally reformed and consists on different floors.
The ground floor consists of a large lounge, one twin bedroom, shower room and laundry area. The floor at street level has air conditioning, and consists of a large living-dining room with spectacular views over the sea and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. There is a large fully-equipped kitchen and a guest w.c. On the same floor there are two double rooms with en-suite shower room, a bedroom with shared shower room and an en-suite double bedroom. Four of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
The top floor consists of a pleasant place to relax and read. Also there is a diaphanous space apt for diverse uses located in the first floor of the tower. Parking place for two cars. Capacity: 10 people. WiFi.
