The apartment is located first-line beachfront with a beautiful ocean view from the terrace, lounge and master bedroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and micro wave, it's own WiFi connection, one smart TV and one regular TV, air conditioning throughout the apartment. The terrace can be accessed conveniently from either the lounge or the master bedroom. The terrace has direct views to the sea, the Estepona coast, communal swimming pool, gardens and is furnished with table, chairs and two sunbeds, it also has two underground parking spaces.
The complex is on the beachfront and has two swimming pools and is just a short drive to either Puerto de la Duquesa, Casares and Estepona. The complex is also a walking distance from some beach restaurants such as La Sal and Bahia Beach Casares.
